This unit is perfect for your group’s stay in Providence. Located at the front of the first floor in a cozy multi-family house, this space combines comfort, style, and convenience for an unforgettable experience.

The unit is situated on the first floor and is accessible via three steps leading to the front porch and main entrance. You’ll have a private entrance for your convenience. Parking is located at the rear of the property, and you can access the unit by walking along the side of the property to the front. Check-in is seamless and straightforward (please refer to the pictures for a clearer understanding of the layout).

Feel free to reach out with any questions! We offer self check-in and check-out through a smart lock. A code will be provided to you prior to your arrival, and you likely won’t see us during your stay. That said, we are always available and just a phone call or message away. Don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything you need to make your stay more comfortable—we’re here to help!

You’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, the cozy living room, and the front porch, where foldable chairs are available for your use during your stay.

Fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Please inform us of any additional guests so we can ensure the proper amount of linens and towels are available. Complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, are also provided for your convenience.

The entire unit is exclusively yours, ensuring privacy for your group.

Què li ha agradat: Neteja, comoditats
It's a cute space inside, especially the kitchen, but the pleather furniture was not comfortable. Michael had a little snack basket for us and the cooking basics were there. On the down side for me: Parking was a challenge, even though off street was nice to have. It was dark and hard to navigate to the front of the house. It was city neighborhood type loud, traffic, sirens and the occasional yelling neighbor at 2am. Lastly, the air "freshener" plug in was out of control. As soon as i walked in my eyes were watering. I thought it was from the cleaning but when we got back that first night it was worse, so i unplugged it and cracked the AC to clear the air. It's very hard to find something in this area, so i would prefer to stay in PVD at a hotel rather than here. I'll give Michael 5 stars for trying to be a great host!

Parking was a little confusing at first or it’s because I got there after it was dark. Overall matched images, clean and had great shower pressure since some have terrible pressure. Micheal was great with making sure everything was sorted out with check-in close drive to places I needed to go and the full kitchen was a plus along with the Brita in the fridge.

Michael was very nice and communicative. He explained everything very well and let me know if there were any issues immediately. He was a great host. The pictures looked Just like the place And Nothing was broken to my knowledge.
