Great for fishing tournaments, eco tourism, boating, paddlebording, and kayaking. Fire pit with large seating area. Whole house generator. Pontoon rentals available. Large sand beach play area. Wonderful Lake Getaway! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The home was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing time by the water. The booking and check-in process were seamless, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great stay on the lake

Our stay was fantastic! I highly recommend staying here. House was great, very clean, great layout, great location. Backyard, deck and dock were all fantastic. Owner was great and communicated quickly. We are booking again for next year.

One of my favorite places

Great home on the lake situated for entertaining, cooking and relaxing. Beautiful views from many of the rooms and wonderfully appointed and stocked home. Will definitely stay here again and would not hesitate recommending to anyone I know.

This was our second time staying in this home and it was perfect, just as we remembered! The host is very responsive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking/eating in. The home is clean and well maintained and has the best view of the lake! We will be back!

This property was the best ever. It came with all the supplies anyone could want, all being first rate, and upscale. Water toys were also provided for our enjoyment on the lake. Being basically in the State Park, we felt extremely close with nature and all the tranquility surrounding us. Our host was always available if we had any questions. Can't say enough good things about our stay. We hope to return again.

What more could you ask for?!

Third time staying at Jim’s property. Jim is a responsive host. His home is clean and beautifully decorated with amazingly tranquil views of Lake Murray. Highly recommend this for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Family gathering

This property was perfect for our family as we gathered to be near other family members in the community. From the fully stocked kitchen with an abundance of coffee makers, pots, pans, etc., to the paddleboard and kayaks and soft seating outside on the deck this place was perfect for us and we plan to come back! It is literally just outside the state park so you have quick access to great hiking trails, too.

Home was as described. Perfect location on the lake with open water in front, dock was perfect for our boat and jet ski. Very close to boat landing which is very convenient. Host was nice and responsive with any questions leading up to our trip.

Family Wedding

Jim's place was exactly what was stated in the listing. The place was beautiful and spacious. There were a lot of extras that he had in the house that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The grounds and being on the lake, with a dock, was great and was able to have family over to enjoy. Jim was a great host and very accommodating! We will look to rent his place again!Thank you Jim!

Quiet Lake House

The property was exactly as pictured! A bonus was the house was well stocked with paper products and toiletries. We waded in the water, read books on the little beach and fished off the dock! This was a great location for a relaxing lake vacation.

Fantastic Location

Couldn't go to the mountains this year because of Helene. Had to pivot with another plan. Would a great find! This location would be a great vacation getaway anytime of the year. Will definitely be back for another vacation.
