T2 apartment of 35 m² with all comforts which consists of:

- A beautiful 10m2 sea view terrace allowing you to take your meals facing the Gulf of Valinco offering a breathtaking sunset every evening.
- A bedroom with a "Queen size" double bed (160 cm),
- A bed in the living room composed of two single beds 1x (90 cm) and/or a double sofa bed (140cm),
- A living room of 20m2 with its well-equipped American kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc...).
- A bathroom equipped with a large shower and a toilet,
- An HDTV,
- High-speed WIFI connection,
- A parking space in the residence.

The apartment is also air-conditioned.
