"Very convenient place, near metro station. They have a shuttle bus for residents to go to three shopping malls. Mustafa was the cleaning service man, he changes sheets and cleans very well. Reception team were very helpful all the time. Check in and check out was very smooth. Location is excellent as there is a 24 hrs restaurant just a walking distance."

La segunda noche nos dieron upgrade a una suite excelente . En las dos oportunidades el personal fue extremadamente amable. La ubicación es buena , de fácil acceso a los dos aeropuertos. "I was very pleased of the reception staff. We had an issue being true our flights had a very early arrival getting to the hotel around 06.00 am. The person there at that time (Ümit ?) was very arrogant and inflexible, however the rest of the reception staff later in the morning were really very very pleasant, collaborative and oriented to solve our issues, and that changed completely our experience during our stay in the hotel."

"El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones y baño amplios. Desayuno perfecto, tienes de todo para comer, tanto europea como turca. La única pega es que tienes que moverte (al menos en nuestro caso) en taxi. está todo muy a desmano, aunque la parada del metro está a 700 metros es un poco lioso llegar al hotel. Lo más cercano al hotel es el palacio dolmabahce y el barrio de ortokay y el estado del besiktas, nosotros cogimos taxi, porque es un paseo importante. "
