VILLA MIA (with heated pool and big garden)

You want to relax with your family and friends? This breathtaking villa is an ideal place for your vacation! It is located in a quite environment, surrounded by greenery and olive trees. The new built villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one separated toilet, big living room with sofa for two people, fully equipped kitchen and nice terrace. Total area of villa is on a huge property of 1300m2. There is a heated swimming pool so you can enjoy it also in spring and fall. Adults will have fun playing billiard while kids are on swings or playing in the lawn. In Privlaka, where villa is located, you will enjoy numerous sandy beaches and other facilities. The city of Zadar is only 18km away. It is also interesting to visit popular beach Sakarun on Long Island and National park Kornati with boat trip that host can organize. Come and enjoy your holiday in villa Mia, an oasis of peace and tranquility!

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Das Highlight des Hauses sind der liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Pool und die ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und kümmern sich sehr um die Gäste. Vielen Dank auch für die kleinen Abschiedsgeschenke.

A wonderful place

We had a great time at VILLA MIA and met very polite and helpful hosts. Immediately when we arrive it was evidently that everything in this estate is indeed in perfect condition. The both hosts love their beautiful house and its big garden, this is obvious. As described, there is a heated pool, and it had 28 degrees celsius even in October. Every maintenance including the pool was done early in the morning, we never saw anybody doing this but it was done. During our time (3rd week in October) we had 23/24 degrees, so we enjoyed every minute outside! The airport of Zadar is approx. 30min. away by car and the city of Zadar is also worth a trip! Especially in the evening the famous sea organ is a must see (and hear!). The house is in an alone position, the markets in Privlaka were 5 Minutes by car. The main season was over and most of the Restaurants in Privlaka were closed (many Rest. in Nin were opened). But exactly this was perfect for relaxing and refreshing. Thank you for all!

The perfect villa and the most lovely hosts!

We had the perfect stay here. The villa was in immaculate condition and had everything a family could need. Well stocked kitchen; good sized pool; table football table; pool table and swing set. Plus a beautiful garden where we could pick our own tomatoes and peppers. Even better the hosts were absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful when we had some trouble with our car and even gave us all gifts when we left. Highly highly recommended.

Best Place in Dalmacia/Traumurlaub in Dalmatien

Our perfect holiday location, beautifull 4-5* standard. Silent place. 20km northern to Zadar. Next to lovely Island Vir, and Nin. Build in real 4-5**** Standard! Perfect clean and in best condition. Comfortable beds, perfect airconditioned rooms. Anything to buy in the near. We thank Kreso and Djina for her perfect 24/7 support. They know the best local places... just ask for everything...anytime a quick response. We had a perfect week in this villa, with 6 persons(realy enough space for 8!) we didn‘t want to leave so early...😚but holidays are over Pool, Villa, Pool-Billard(!) or the traditional Barbecue... we love the summer and all of it in this place! Restaurant Amico in Privlaka was our favorit. In Sunset we love the „moreta bar“, nice seaview and good prices, chilled music, nice people. (15 Min. by feet, or parking down at the harbour). Das Ferienhaus war innen sehr schoen eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom gemuesegarten durften wir Tomaten, Paprika und Gurken ernten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, taeglich wurde der Pool gereinigt. Die Lage war toll, 3 Autominutem zum Strand in Privlaka und ca. 10 ymin. Zum beeindruckenden Sandstrand in Nin. Wir hatten grmuetljche Tage verbracht, den Pool genossen und oft gegrillt. Das Haus kann man wärmstens empfehlen.

Das perfekte Feriendomizil

Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Sie zeigten uns das sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Haus. Zur Begrüßung hatten die Gastgeber Likör und Plätzchen bereit gestellt. Die Außenanlage mit Pool, Kicker und Billardtisch waren einfach nur ein Traum. Zwischendurch sind wir mit frischen Gebäck und selbst gepflückten Kirschen versorgt worden. Bei Fragen standen uns die Gastgeber jederzeit zur Verfügung . Es war einfach ein super toller Aufenthalt. Danke noch mal.

Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Home

Best rental property we stayed in during our three week vacation. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with all modern amenities that made for a most enjoyable stay.The pool and lovely backyard with a grill, outdoor table and chairs, a pool table, and olive trees was a welcome oasis after a busy day of touring. Our hosts were gracious, friendly, and extremely helpful. Djina and her husband greeted us with a delicious tray of homemade cookies and a bottle of homemade sherry. which we thoroughly enjoyed! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. The charming village of Nin is also only a short distance away and is well worth a visit to view the Roman ruins and for the dining options available. We LOVED our stay at Villa Mia and would not hesitate to recommend it!!

Einfach nur zu empfehlen, super schöne Villa, alles sehr hochwertig, überall Fliegengitter.

Die Vermieterin ist stehts bemüht, ist sofort vor Ort fals irgentein Problem auftritt. Sie brachte uns frisches Gemüse aus ihrem Garten.Und zum Abschied frisches Olivenöl. Grosser Grill vorhanden.Super toller Pool. Die Villa befindet sich 10 km von Nin entfernt.Ein sehr schönes idyllisches, kleines Städchen mit sehr viel Charme und guten Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 min Entfernung Einfach nur ein super Urlaub
