This modern and luxury villa is located in a quiet part of Privlaka where you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy.

In a quite location, 10 minutes walk to the beach, and all the necessary amenities that will make your holiday perfect (shop, restaurant, cafes and beach bars) ...Privlaka is beautiful peninsula surrounded by long sandy beaches and is located 4km from the old town of Nin and 20km from the city of Zadar.

Modern design, quality furniture, sauna, exercise equipment and a heated swimming pool will make your vacation enjoyable and unforgettable.
The villa consists of three bedrooms upstairs, equipped with box spring beds, ideal for a peaceful sleep. The master room is connected to the bathroom and another bathroom is located on the first floor which houses the Finnish sauna.
All rooms are air-conditioned, with smart TV and have exist to the balcony.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, a dining room that is connected to the living room with a corner furniture.
Both, the dining room and the living room have direct access to the terrace and the pool.
There is also a room with contents on the ground floor. It has a sofa bed for 2 people,and another bathroom is located across from the room.

In front of the house is 32m2 swimming pool with deckchair and parasol that you can enjoy in hot summer days, or In Spring and Autumn you can enjoy in heated pool.
A bbq and two park place are also available.
Next to the bbq is room with exercise equippment (treadmill and elliptical trainer)
The villa is ideal for families, couples or friends who want to spend their holidays together, and who prefer quite and relaxing holiday!

If you work remotely and need high speed internet, we already had guests who worked remotely and were happy with the speed of the internet.
A house has been built on the neighboring plot, which will be rented from next year.
The works are carried out in the winter period so as not to disturb the guests!!!

Wir waren zu dritt das erste Mal in dieser Villa. Sehr modern ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Alles war sehr sauber und auf einem hohen Niveau. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit möglich. Individuelle Absprachen und Wünsche waren kein Problem. Die Lage der Villa ist super. Abseits des Trubels und doch sehr zentral für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. ————-We are 3 people and the first time in this villa. Very modern equipped, everything you need and even more. Everything was very clean and on a high level.The contact with the host was very friendly and possible at any time. Individual arrangements and wishes were no problem.The location of the villa is great. Away from the hustle and bustle and yet very central for excursions and activities.We will definitely come back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa in Privlaka! The location is fantastic; very quiet and peaceful, yet within easy walking distance to Privlaka itself and also close enough to walk to the beach. We had our dogs with us, and it was perfect for long walks right from the villa. It’s also a great base for day trips to Vir, Zadar, or the nearby Paklenica National Park.The villa itself was spotless when we arrived and even came with a small welcome gift. The pool was absolutely perfect in both size and temperature; we ended up using it almost every day. The whole house is stylishly and tastefully furnished, with plenty of towels, three bathrooms, a large kitchen with everything you might need (including a big fridge), and even a game room with table football and more – making it also ideal for families with children.For us with dogs, it was fantastic that the entire property is fully fenced, so they could not escape. The outdoor area is great, with a grill and plenty of parking space.A special mention goes to the host: communication and organization were excellent. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine, and whenever the pool needed cleaning, they arranged the timing with us in advance.All in all, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way – clean, comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located. We can highly recommend it and would love to return!

Amazing House

A very nice and modernly furnished house. Reception and farewell were very warm and uncomplicated. Great pool that was cleaned and checked every morning before our awakening. Sauna in the house recommended. Would book the house again immediately. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ein neues modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Smilja ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Ins Dorf / Meer / Supermarkt läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. In Privlaka gibt es keinen Strand, aber eine Strandpromenade von der aus man ins Wasser kann.
