    Unwind in this three-bedroom Sunriver vacation home with a great backyard and private hot tub for eight special guests! The lovely home is located at Sunriver, a family-friendly community with fantastic amenities! Shop at The Village, wander miles of mixed-use trails by foot or horseback, many public golf courses in the area.



    The sunny home is inviting with a large living room, fully stocked kitchen, and formal dining room. Media entertainment includes WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, and CD player.



    Featuring three bedrooms and two full baths, this ranch-style home sleeps eight guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, a double bed, and three twin beds. Central AC, a washer and dryer, and a garage will make you feel right at home. A car charger is also available in the garage.



    Outside your private back deck is the perfect place to greet the morning and bid farewell at dusk. The space features a gas grill and table for outdoor dining and a private hot tub to release your worries!



    Book a whitewater rafting or fly fishing trip through Sunriver or spend your afternoons sipping craft beer in Bend, just 18 miles away. Mt. Bachelor Ski Area is a winter haven with miles alpine ski trails and Sunriver offers areas for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.

Cozy home near the SHARC and the Village

We have stayed here multiple times and love it for the close proximity to the SHARC, Village, Stables and many bike trails. The house is a great size for a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids).

Good for Families

We loved the location which is in between the village and the Fort Rock Park. Pretty quick to the main attractions for us. The single level was convenient and open layout. There wasn't much of a view from the home but we spent most of the days out. The BBQ and AC worked well. Only had a couple issues, the pans were not good but after a quick call Vacasa replaced them right away. The second is that there were a lot of bikes in the garage which we were excited to use but out of the 7 or so bikes only 2 of them actually worked, so we ended up renting some. I didn't call the manager on this issue, so it's quite possible they could've helped like they did with the pans; but one may want to check with them on this before booking if you are expecting to save on bike rentals. Otherwise it was a very seamless stay.

My Early April stay

It was nice. However there were amenities I was not happy about. Such as DVD's available but no DVD player. Netflix not available in this area. Heating system worked well, bed was comfortable.

Good for family

This house was good for our family - primary bedroom at one side of the house and the other two bedrooms at the other side of the house- perfect for privacy. House had everything we needed plus a hot tub! One of the adults got stuck with the bunk bed room which was a little uncomfortable but would have been fine for a kid. No TV's in any of the bedrooms which I understand while you're on vacation but would have been nice for the kids to be able to watch cartoons.

Great location, worn interior

We loved the location of this property, and Vacasa did a great job making sure it was super clean and ready for our arrival. I unfortunately do have to report though, that this home had some of the most uncomfortable beds that I've ever experienced in a vacation rental. I actually called and chatted with Vacasa about this during our stay, but unfortunately there wasn't much they could do to help make our stay more comfortable. Unless the property owner updates the quality of the matresses in this home, I'd have to recommend that you look elsewhere.

Clean, well equipped in kitchen, towels, bikes. Very private back yard. Vaulted ceiling makes it feel spacious. The only complaint is there is no cupboard space to put groceries so we h as d to leave them in a box on the floor.

Great family vacation

Check in/out was super easy. My family loved sitting in the hot tub under a stary sky.. We enjoyed use use of the sharc cards. The availability of bicycles was very appreciated as well. The whole family was comfortable and we would come back in the future.. Thank you!

This was a favorite!

We stayed in Landrise 1 for a holiday weekend. There was plenty of room for two families and the house had everything we needed. We really appreciated the small amenities (dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, TP, and paper towels). It's so nice to have all of that! The house is really much more spacious and open than the photos depict--plenty of room for gathering! Bedrooms are very large and most things have been updated--except the TV in the second bedroom. :) Location is great--about a mile from the SHARC and a bit further from the village. We are annual visitors to Sunriver and would definitely stay here again!

landrise #1 was a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home….enjoyed it. It is nicely appointed, comfortable beds…..the big downsize were the dirty carpets. After talking to Vacasa, hopefully it will be taken care of sooner than later.

The home was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Our major complaint would be not enough dining chairs. The house is advertised to hold 8 and it does. However, it should have enough chairs for 8 to sit together. We had to have someone stand at the table or sit away from the family. Beds were comfortable. Vacasa was very prompt with providing enough towels when we were 2 short. Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning before we arrived. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Birthday Vacation!

I loved how the kitchen was completely stocked so you could cook or bbq anything! Thr hot tub was a huge plus and amazing! Thr beds were comfortable amd the back deck and view is nice and relaxing no neighbors that are super close which I love There are alot of fun things to do around there even with the Covid-19 happening. I would definitely stay again, but longer!!!!

Great Home to stay in!

We go to Sunriver a few times each year, and this was the best home we've rented yet! It was clean and comfortable and the lay out was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. We do wish that dogs were allowed, as we missed our little guy who had to stay home with a friend. Great stay!

Beautiful, comfortable home with SHARC passes

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in Landrise #1. It's a really lovely, clean, cozy house with much-appreciated amenities like bikes, a hot tub, grill, and outdoor seating area. It's quite close to the bike path and a 20 minute walk to the village. We were excited about the SHARC passes but, unfortunately, weren't able to use them because the pool had just reopened and you had to have a reservation to get it (in case anyone is reading this in the future - it's June 2020 and middle of the covid crisis). Be warned that the back deck is stained a very dark color, which is beautiful to look at but - as we learned the hard way - is equivalent to stepping onto a stovetop in the summer. Our 12 year old excitedly ran out there with no shoes on, the door locked behind her, and we only realized what was happening when we heard her screaming. Her feet were burned pretty badly. And if you're a serious biker or want to bike very long distances I recommend you either rent bikes at one of the places in the village or bring your own. The bikes at Landrise #1 were totally fine for our short trip to the marina & back but would not have been ok for any more than that (rusty bike chains, etc.).
