The air con in our one-bedroom suite was strong enough during the super hot days in Prishtina. The daily cleaning of the room was high standard. Alketa the front desk person was amazing from before we arrived they were prompt to answer all my emails and requests from arranging airport pick up to early check in. When there they were very pleasant and helpful with helping me navigate getting around and supporting other questions. Great service, they made my stay even better 😊 "
