"I had such a wonderful experience staying at Luso Hotel! Communication was excellent, with incredibly fast responses and a smooth, easy check-in process. I had made the reservation, but my cousin arrived before me, and the staff made it so easy to accommodate her without any hassle. A special thank you to Edon, who checked us in and went above and beyond throughout our stay. "Excellent location, nice hotel with very good service."

"The address advertised here in Expedia was inaccurate. Google map sent me to a wrong place that caused me to walk for 10 minutes under the scorching heat. No amenities in this hotel."

"The hostel was really nice, and the owners were really friendly and helpful with suggestions about what to do and places to eat. They were really good at inviting everyone to join them if there was local happenings."
