"The hotel was lovely, it is an old building so a bit quirky our room was at the top and a very clean pretty room, it was in the middle of the heat wave and we asked for a fan and they got us an amazing one to the room within five minutes.
The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

"This hotel is a gem, from the welcome at reception, lovely rooms and the food is first class. We had a lovely relaxed stay, location is superb with beautiful views across the strait to Snowdonia, and in the centre of Beaumaris with stunning castle, and lovely shops. "

Didn't eat supper in the restaurant because veggie options were limited. Breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone wanting accommodation in the area. Very close to Penrhyn castle and Bangor centre."

"Absolutely beautiful outside space, a well kept garden with superb views over the Menai Strait. Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained; the bed was comfortable and we had a great balcony (again, with views over the Strait). The shower was ok, just about warm enough. The staff were friendly and the service was very good (special mention to Nathan, whether first thing at breakfast or serving us at the bar, unfailingly polite and on the ball).
We enjoyed our stay and look forward to...

"He estado alojada otras veces en este simpático castillo. Esta vez tenía que ir a ayudar a mi hijos a instalarse en la universidad de Bangor. Dos dias antes me vino una obstrucción intestinal y todo el dolor que conlleva. Sigo ingresada en el hospital y he pasado días muy difíciles. Entiendo que aunque era una reserva prepago, se trata de una causa de fuerza mayor, pero ellos no lo han entendido así. Me han cobrado el 100% de la reserva sin ser utilizada. Lamentable gestión. "

We appreciated the parking right at the inn. Situated across the motorway from the sea, this unique place provided an excellent oasis to recharge and go walking by the ocean. The beach and town centre is only a short walk away. It was great to have all the essentials made available. Hope we can return one day with our extended family! "

"What a beautiful house!! It was freezing and we were dreading arriving to a freezing house but when we got there the heating was already on for us what a nice little touch!
The house was spotless I can not fault anything it went over and beyond what we all expected.
They have thought of all the little things including takeaways menus!! And can I say having sky was definitely amazing.
Also with it being pet friendly I wasn’t sure what to expect but you would not think there have been pets...

No breakfast was served, but there are many excellent breakfast spots within a five minute walk. And the room came with ground coffee and a French press coffee maker, plus excellent snacks. The location within the old city walls and adjacent to the sea is perfect. "
