  • Emmalani Court Unit # 110 es el único condominio de 3 dormitorios con aire acondicionado en el acantilado en Princeville! Te darás cuenta de las vistas absolutamente increíbles tan pronto como entras. Esta tranquila ubicación permite vistas al mar desde cada habitación y el espacio habitable. Esta unidad de la planta baja es muy espaciosa, con más de 1.700 pies cuadrados de superficie habitable y 250 pies cuadrados de espacio Lani, sólo 1 unidad por encima, no hay otras paredes comunes. Está rodeado por el famoso campo de golf Makai y mira hacia el hoyo de la firma. Los peces en peligro ne ne aves frecuentan la zona y los atardeceres de Bali Hai son impresionantes! La sala de estar, comedor y enorme cocina tienen un concepto abierto que es ideal para grupos grandes. Recientemente hemos comprado esta unidad y cuenta con muchos nuevos elementos, incluyendo ropa de cama. Creo que esta es la primera vez que la unidad será un alquiler y es una maravillosa oportunidad para pasar sus vacaciones en esta casa verdaderamente única! Tenemos todo lo que usted puede pedir, incluyendo, colchones mejorados, champú / acondicionador, trajes del balneario y engranaje del bebé (juego del pac n / cochecito). El engranaje de la playa incluye, refrigerador, sillas, paraguas, tableros de la carrocería y equipo del tubo respirador. La cocina tiene todo el equipo que necesita para pequeñas y grandes comidas de vacaciones. Arroz / olla de cocción lenta, cafetera y Keurig también. La zona común tiene una maravillosa piscina, jacuzzi, biblioteca de préstamos y multi propósito. Además hay una barbacoa de gas y una gran mesa exterior.
    Condo para 6 personas en las camas, hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo en el dormitorio 3 y un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar que puede acomodar a más huéspedes (especialmente los niños!). Hay un cargo extra para los huéspedes adicionales y tenga en cuenta los asientos de mesa de comedor 6 más una mesa adicional para 4 en el Lani.

Such a great place to stay. I stayed there with two of my friends and it was beyond perfect. Views are incredible, kitchen is huge and well stocked, beds are comfortable, master bath shower is so beautiful. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed on Kauai.

This place was great on the inside. The first day at check it was a bit rough because of the renovations going on. Once we reached out to them they cleaned up the tarps and plastics around the doors

This property was beautiful...it sits more or less right on the ocean next to a golf course. The beds/furniture/appliances were all new and very comfortable. The host was quick to respond on any concerns although we didn't really have any. groceries are a short drive away and the area is perfect for morning/evening walks. Sunrise and sunset views (both!) were beautiful and accessible with a short walk to the ocean. Nenes and albatrosses (nesting, and young ones!) were on the golf course along with other local birds.We would definitely stay here again.

Great layout with extra size rooms and views, plenty of beach accessories. Would stay here again.

The views were amazing! We watched whales several days from our deck and living room! It was very updated and clean. It was stocked very well! It had everything we needed! Loved the beach chairs and snorkel equipment!

As advertised, it was a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, right on the golf course, with a view over the ocean not far from Hanalei Bay. We didn't know till we got there that someone else would be staying upstairs, although they were good neighbors. We appreciated the condo having beach gear available! Clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fine. The scenery, accessibility to services, local wildlife and vegetation... all fantastic.

The name really says it all..the views are amazing incredible. Any minor issues we had were quickly addressed. Communication was easy and great. The house was very well stocked (beach gear and kitchen supplies), so you’ll have everything you need. The pictures must be old because the kitchen was very nice. If you’re thinking of staying on Kauai’s north coast this is the place to be!

The mini unit A/C was a bonus for the warm nites. The views and location on the 7th green and 8th tee of the Princeville Makai golf course was splendid. It was a very short walk to the bluffs with great vistas and majestic sunsets. Close to everything Hanalei and food options.

We had a marvelous stay in a picturesque lodging. Lots of room for our one year old granddaughter. We walked the area and found geese eggs and albatross eggs that we watched from afar. Accommodations were great. Parking a little tight but we managed. Wouldn’t change this week for anything

For a spacious property, comfortable with everything you need in a home, everything you need to relax at the beach, with easy access and close to everything on the North Coast, this place was perfect for our family of five.

Paradise!

We love staying on the North side of the island. This condo was perfect for us! Very spacious and clean. The views are amazing and being on the golf course was a bonus. Very pretty property and very well stocked. We really enjoyed our time there.

Excellent property for families in the north shore

This place is huge and perfect for families! Excellent views and close to everything in the North Shore (restaurants at Hanalei Bay, Ha'ena State Park, Na Pali Catamaran tours, etc.) The property is clean and has everything you need for a fantastic Kaua'i trip. Highly recommend.

Paradise found!

A superb location with everything you could ever want for a relaxing and inspiring vacation. The condo was the best equipped of any we have ever stayed in and the host thought of everything — water toys, a shopping cart to haul groceries from Princeville Center — and the views are unparalleled. We will return!
