Our condo home is lovingly appointed with everything you need to feel like you’ve arrived in your own tropical home away from home. New, stylish, and comfortable furnishings & original artwork. Plenty of plush towels & high thread count, 100% cotton bedding. A gourmet kitchen with slab granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook & entertain. A lanai perfectly furnished for relaxing, soaking in the views, and outdoor meals. Novels, games, movies, & Hawaiian music to enjoy during your stay. And, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, & cooler so you can hit the beach with everything you need.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with the master and second guest bathrooms en suite—perfect for families and couples (or singles) traveling together!


Other amenities include wireless DSL, a pool with waterfall, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a fitness center that's available at no charge to all guests staying in our condo.


Builder's Condo in Paradise: This unit is the personal condo of the resort's builder, which means you get to enjoy all the building upgrades PLUS unique luxury upgrades not available in other units on the property:

• Best ocean view in the resort.
• Walk-in shower & separate soaking tub in the master bathroom.
• Custom-designed, walk-in tile shower in the first guest bathroom.

Hanalei is only 5 miles from the condo.: The famous town of Hanalei and Hanalei Bay are only 5 miles from the condo. Step back in time with quaint stores and a laid-back atmosphere. Just a few blocks from town, you will find Hanalei Bay for surfing, swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing. We loved our stay at this property. The area and the condo were beautiful. The condo has everything that we needed. It is spacious, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. It is in a nice complex. We used the hot tub several times during our stay. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. We were close to the grocery store, many restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back. I would not hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed!!

Great Stay in Kauai

Debbie's condo was a great place to stay for a family. It was conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and the grocery store and access to the pool was an added bonus after having left the beach, but not yet done for the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Plantation condos

We had another wonderful stay at the Plantation Condos in Princeville. The condo has a great layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the pool area is nice and the location is great—halfway between the shopping center and 1 Hotel at the end of the road.

Beautiful Condo

This was a spectacular condo with an outstanding location. Our family was extremely comfortable in this 3 bedroom condo. It was so well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. The pool was close and easily accessible. The AC worked so well. Overall we had a phenomenal time in Princeville staying at this lovely condo.

Family trip/stay for son’s wedding

There was plenty of room for 5 people. This property is close to a grocery store and restaurants. The pool was quiet and perfect on days we didn’t want to go to the beach. The property manager was responsive when we had questions. About a 10 minute drive to Hanalei for more restaurants and shopping and hanalei beach. Looking forward to returning for a vacation

A great stay!

Thanks for a wonderful place for our family to gather on our vacation. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and plenty of room. We needed to touch base when we had a question, and the on island manager, Michelle, was responsive and helpful. We would stay again!!

Beautiful Birthday

We came to Kauai for my oldest grand daughters 13th birthday - the Island was beautiful and the condo was wonderful roomy and comfortable we barbequed by the pool often I would gladly rent this unit again!

This is a very comfortable condo with upgraded amenities and is conveniently located. It pretty much has everything you need to make your vacation easy and to make you feel at home. We definitely give it a thumbs up.

The home is in great condition, very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We loved the community and the location on the island. We loved Hannelei and this home was very close. I will rent again on our next trip.
