  • Sealodge D7 está bellamente remodelado con increíbles vistas al mar a lo largo del arrecife Anini. Desde la sala de estar puede observar a los pescadores en Anini, observar ballenas jorobadas, observar aves tropicales exóticas. Qué gran lugar para unas vacaciones familiares. Cama King en el dormitorio principal de la planta baja, cama queen en el dormitorio loft de arriba, sofá cama en la sala de estar. Incluye cocina completa, lavadora / secadora, televisión por cable con reproductor de DVD, wifi gratuito. Dos baños completos, ambos con bañera y ducha, uno arriba y otro abajo. Dado que este es un condominio en el piso de arriba, ¡no hay nadie encima de ti!

    Nuestros alquileres de vacaciones en Kauai en Sealodge se encuentran al final de una pequeña calle lateral tranquila, sin tráfico, que termina en un espectacular acantilado oceánico. Los condominios Sealodge dan al océano en su lado de lanai. Una corta caminata desde estos condominios económicos de Kauai lo lleva a la playa aislada de Sealodge. El sendero de la selva cruza un pequeño arroyo y luego desciende a una cala de arena aislada. El océano en Sealodge Beach es poco profundo y está protegido por un arrecife, por lo que es ideal para bucear y nadar.


    Los condominios Sealodge fueron construidos para que pueda ver las ondulantes olas de agua blanca desde las ventanas de la sala de estar, las ventanas de los dormitorios y el lanai. Desde los tres lugares se puede escuchar el surf, observar ballenas, delfines y aves exóticas. Hay una piscina y una zona de barbacoa (las parrillas son de carbón y debe traer sus propias briquetas). Sealodge es cómodo, tranquilo, informal en la isla y refrigerado por la brisa del mar (sin aire acondicionado).

The room is great. It is quiet and has beautiful views. The room is not air conditioned, but not hot. The trail to the beach is very muddy and slippery after the rain, so we only went down once. Overall, beautiful place to stay!

It delivered on all those fronts. Additionally, it was private, quiet, had camp chairs for the beach, a beach umbrella, a snorkel set, and a cooler, which made going to the beach a breeze. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer. And I just can't say enough about the view, the breeze, and sleeping to the sound of the ocean. Perfect. Beautiful sunrises, beautiful sunsets, and mountain views too!

Breezes and view were fantastic we were there in summer not sure about winter breezes etc Pleasant in every way Looks shabby on outside but was fine inside

Paradise

The unit is small but a slice of heaven for enjoying the North Coast's supreme beauty. We watched the waves by the hour from the veranda and enjoyed seeing the humpback whales swim by! Would return to this unit:)

It could use a good deep clean, the bathrooms are dated, our bed linen and covers were not clean, would not stay in this one again, views are beautiful from bedrooms and it’s very quiet property.

Sea Lodge

Location on a cliff over the Paicific; listening to crashing waves and watching humpback whales from the balcony (binoculars), simply can’t be beat. Almost perfect. Only downer was the bed is not perfect, a mattress topper from Costco would make all the difference. Otherwise it’s a great property. Clean, modern and well appointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2nd time here in the last year. We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and love the management company, they are on top of everything! This unit has gorgeous views from both bedrooms and the lanai. It had a lot of vacation supplies (ice chest, snorkel & fins, umbrellas and towels - however, the beach chairs were unusable) if you need them. The only issues that needs attention, was the upstairs bathroom floor, but nothing that made us want to call management about 😀. Also LOVED the secluded beach, spent lots of time on it and in the water snorkeling (turtles ✔️!!). Overall, wonderful place and obviously, would stay again.

Property needs improvement

Our stay started off with waking to the sound of a jack hammer outside the condo as repairs to the sewer line were being made. We were not informed of construction at any time prior to our stay. The next day, as we were drinking our coffee, we found a huge cockroach-like bug in the coffee pot.

Amazing Ocean View

The photos don't do justice to the views and the sound of the ocean from the large windows looking straight out onto the Pacific, with only a few palm trees and the sky framing the view. Sleeping all night long while listening to the constant sound of the surf against the shore at the bottom of the bluff was amazing. This was a great place to wander out back of the condo onto the lawn on the bluff in the evening and watch the waves and feel the breeze. I can't imagine a view any better than from here, just relaxing and watching the albatrosses skim the ocean. Two bathrooms and room for six people also make this a great place to stay. The biggest grocery store in the area is a few minutes away, and there are beaches galore within a short drive. I highly recommend this Condo for a Kauai visit!

Very Nice Location

Overall our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location by the ocean in a nice, chill complex with friendly people. Everything about the condo was well taken care of, mostly. OK, so, we had to chase out a giant roach (might have been more) - we get it, welcome to island life. But. The folks in charge of this rental did not respond to any of our text, phone or email messages regarding these creepy guys. Gotta downgrade on that attitude more than the roach, which we wouldn't even had mentioned if they had responded.

Mixed Reaction

The rental unit has outstanding views from multiple locations in the condo, has newer kitchen appliances and is relatively well-equipped. However, the unit itself is old and has not been maintained as well as expected. Damage to both bathtubs (stain and rust), poor grouting around the tub, chipped paint around window frames and front door, spongy planks near edge of balcony, etc. No shampoo/conditioner in first floor, tiny soap supplied, etc. The front door keypad malfunctioned, so we had to use the lockbox key. When we tried to contact the rental agent, including use of the emergency number, we did not receive an answer for as long as 1/2 hour. That's unsatisfactory.

Cons: There was a large tattered tarp covering the porch area outside our front door because the stairs to access the unit were under repair. We had to climb up then down several stairs with heavy luggage to get to the unit. This was not communicated beforehand. The unit itself was fairly clean but the windows on the beach side were very dirty inside and out, covered with small "tufts" of some sort of grey matter. The front door could really use a new handle, and stuck so that you had to put your weight against it to open. Also there are 2 keypads, one which is no longer used but it was not apparent or in the instructions so we were using the wrong one for the code at first. Easy fix- remove it or make instructions more clear. Pool was pretty chilly, might be nice for hot summer months but not January. Pros: The view cannot be beat! Gorgeous unobstructed view of the water. The place itself was cute, nice size with extras such as snorkel equipment, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella. The area is quiet and felt safe. The private beach was nice - sand was very course but it was pretty and not crowded since it was private. The hike the get there was also pretty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but feel with a little TLC this place could be even better! Pros: The view cannot

Reviewer Comments: It is always great to be on Kauai. We are familiar with Princeville and Sealodge in particular.Familiarity is an asset. The only thing we found difficult was the "up and down" route to the condo. I have some difficulty walking so it was a bit of a chore for me, and it also hampers carrying packages and luggage to the condo.

Beautiful view and sounds.

Hello. Overall good stay. Many amenities provided although no laundry detergent. The place was very musty upon arrival. Open Windows helped. Downstairs bedroom is dangerous with position of bed and banged my head hard on the overhang trying to get around bed and post. Sound of the surf and views are amazing.
