You'll have to see it to believe it: the incredible ocean views at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Princeville condo stretch all the way to Alaska. Inside, jewel tones and tropical design invite you to unwind into vacation. Stunning beaches, mountains, and Kauai's signature North Shore hospitality surround this otherworldly bluff property. Hanalei Pier and township are close by as is magnificent Anini Beach and its coral reefs. With Kauai Airport less than an hour away, it's simple to get to and from this one-of-a-kind getaway.

Bed & Bath
Whitewater and reef views await from every window of this cheerfully designed condo. Two serene bedrooms offer accommodations for up to 4 guests. Drift away to the sound of waves on a king-size bed in the master bedroom, complete with its own en-suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and another shared bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

Activities
Start your morning with coffee or tea on the spacious lanai. This breezy perch boasts Princeville's best views of the Anini reef. A lush lawn leads right up to the ocean's edge — a set of chairs offers another fine place to admire the view.

Fix breakfast in the granite and tile-lined kitchen before an awesome beach day. Choose from a number of sandy paradises: Puu Poa Beach, Hideaway Beach, and Anini Beach are beloved spots for sunbathing and snorkeling. Your group is welcome to use the complimentary beach and snorkel gear at the condo. Pick up fresh dinner ingredients (and a shave ice!) at Princeville Shopping Center on your way back home, or head right to Bar Acuda for tapas.

Parking is simple with your own dedicated space. The property's on-site pool and shared grilling area is 100 yards from you door — indulge in a late-night grilling session beneath the stars between dips in the pool. Laundry is easy to do in the property with washer and dryer provided.
Cap a full day with a classic film on the living room's flat-screen TV. Cable and free Wi-Fi are included, making it easy to surf the web and plan the next day's adventures.

Almost no homes in Hawaii have air conditioning. Please be aware, and if you have any questions about this, please ask before booking. We want our guests to be happy.

We do require a rental contract to be signed prior to confirming your reservation. Any questions, or if you'd like to see it prior to booking, please ask.

Kauai is a beautiful island, I dare say it will be one of the most beautiful places you will visit ever. It has a rural vibe, and there are lots of outdoor activities to do and enjoy. The Princeville area is especially beautiful with mountains, beaches, cliffs and taro plantations all intermingling along this north shore of Kauai. Any questions about Kauai, please ask. Lovely room right on the coast line and cliffs. We absolutely enjoyed the beach chairs, towels and easy entry on the main floor. The stars were absolutely incredible on the balcony and even got the chance to hike down to Turtle Cove and Hideaway beach which isn’t far from the unit. Only issue was the neighbors above moving out at 6am and creating so much noise that it woke up everyone in the condo but allowed us to rise and see the sunrise. Go to Tiki Iniki, holy grail donuts and down to Kalypso for dinner! Won’t be disappointed.

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautiful ocean front condo in a lush landscape. It had everything our family needed for our vacation- well stocked with both kitchen and beach supplies. We would highly recommend this rental!

Nice view

The place was nice but, dated. Very nice art work and furniture. Neighbors above were very loud. I am not sure if they lived there are were renters. No dishwasher was fine but, as the vacation went on I was tired of washing by hand. Tradewinds and fans made the place cool enough.

High school graduation celebration

We brought our daughter to HI to celebrate her high school graduation. The condo was just as described, clean and beautiful right on the coast. There are a few maintenance things that could make a big difference mainly the lighting in the master bath is bad I felt like a showered in the dark. Had to do face care and make up in the other bathroom. Could use a fan or too more because it is warm when you get back in the evenings before sunset. Otherwise great! We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning views, great location

The picture of the condo is as pictured, overlooking the ocean. One the highlights was enjoying sunrise and sunsets from the patio, beautiful! We spent time all over the island, and found it easy to drive everywhere including Waimea Canyon on the eastern side. We especially enjoyed staying in Princeville due to the slightly cooler weather, as well as beautiful beaches and wonderful meals in close by Hanalei.

Great 1st visit to Kauai!

We had a great stay at at this property I’m Kauai! Both rooms were great with ocean views, meals in the lanai, enjoying sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. The beach items available to use were wonderful for beach days. We’d recommend this home to our friends and would return.

The million dollar view

Perfect location and a million view being on the second floor had its privileges no walking up and downstairs ground level to the parking lot, so definitely choose this one listening to the seas crash against the shore, has its benefits, centrally located it was easy to access the northern beaches thank you thank you for a wonderful place aloha don’t worry

Aloha! We enjoyed our 7 nights stay and were very happy. The host team was very responsive and very helpful. The property is exactly as it is described - stunning views. The check in/out was very easy and convenient. Though the property and furnitures are old but it is well maintained. By the way, windows cannot be closed completely - but that’s not much of a problem though. During our stay, for most of the nights we were happy to keep it open to enjoy the ocean waves sound and nice breeze. The condo had all essential stuff to enjoy our stay. It would have been good if there was a dish washer. This is not a surprise as it was already mentioned in the listing. So we planned accordingly. We will definitely consider this condo again next time we visit Kauai and decide to stay in the north shore. Mahalo!

Great place with an amazing view!

Went for a 5 year anniversary with my wife and stayed here for a few days before moving south to Poipu. This is a lovely place, and is very big if you came with family. They had everything you need there for the beach so you don’t even need to pack anything which was very nice. They don’t have ac, but we didn’t even really notice with the cross breeze that came through the windows. Would defiantly come back and stay at this place again.

We enjoyed our stay in Princeville. We loved sitting outside on the balcony whale watching. At night we left the bedroom window opened and listened to the waves crashing on the shoreline - delightful!

Incredible View and a great nights sleep!

This place is just as listed. The views are amazing! This condo is clean and comfortable. This is the best stocked Vrbo I have ever stayed in. They had more than enough towels, kitchen equipment and beach items. There is a washer and dryer, but I didn’t spend my vacation doing my towels like at some places that give you 1 set for each bathroom. Beds are comfortable and there was never a bad nights sleep with the ocean breeze and waves crashing sound. I will miss this most. Everything was in working order and clean. I would stay here again if I get back to Kauai!

Peace and comfort in Princeville

Loved the condo. Beautiful and serene 180 degree views of the Pacific. Magical sunrise and sunsets. Very nice design and furniture. Beds super comfortable. Well stocked with backpack chairs and coolers. Great stay!

The condo is in a great location and the views of the ocean are AMAZING ! We had a few problems with the door lock, some may have been our fault, just be patient and call the rental office if you can’t figure it out. In my personal opinion the condo furniture is slightly uncomfortable but I may be being picky. If you are looking for a quiet place with amazing views this is it.

What a view!

This place was just as advertised. The view was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We watched the sunrise every morning from our lanai and the back yard. It was beautiful. There was a trail down to a cave below our condo, and it was so cool. I was worried about not having air conditioning, but the winds cooled the condo down and kept it comfortable. We had a small problem getting in the door initially, but I was able to call management and they answered immediately and got me a new code for the door. There is a Foodland and many restaurants within 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in Princeville.

Lovely Vacation Rental

What a lovely, peaceful place to stay. My husband and I, and our best friends of 35+years stayed here for 3 nights, before heading to the other side of the island. We could not have asked for a better experience. Beautiful and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!
