Aloha and welcome to Eddie’s Hula Hut! Don’t let the name fool you. Our spacious condo is fully furnished for your vacationing pleasure. You will quickly get yourself into vacation mode in our newly decorated condo which has a casual retro-Hawaiian flare to help your mainland worries simply melt away. Our very friendly manager is available to answer any questions you might have. So, no worries, just relax and take in all the beauty and activities our favorite Hawaiian Island has to offer and all of the comfort and amenities our “hula hut” has to offer you and your family and/or friends to ensure a memorable stay. You won’t want to leave!
2,000 square feet 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom luxury Nihilani condo (on the quiet side) to enjoy with friends & family.

The large zen-like master suite has its own sitting (napping) room and private lanai, double vanity sinks & soaking tub and shower. It’s fully equipped with free high speed internet & a printer for your lap top (if you “think” you’ll want to do some work). Oh, let’s not forget the luxurious CalKing sized bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Let the gentle island breezes flow in and watch the hypnotic palm tree right outside the window.

The “surfer” room has top of the line queen sized mattresses for comfort, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The “Buddha” room, which shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the “surfer” room, also has top of the line queen sized mattresses for your comfort and a soothing ceiling fan, if you should need it. Enjoy your own covered lanai for a morning coffee, afternoon siesta or evening cocktail.

Less than a mile away from one four-star hotel [and the soon to be 5-star One Hotel Resort] for pu-pus, lunch, dinner or mai-tais.
If you’re a golfer, you have found nirvana. The Makai course, literally across the street, is soon to become a PGA level course.
Surf, swim, snorkel, scuba, whale watch, hike, go horseback riding, walk, kayak, paddle board, zip-line, yoga, shop or dine. The activities are endless.
Short drive to magnificent Hanalei Bay. Swim, sunbathe or take a surf lesson at this wonderful beach.
Walking distance to Queen Emma’s Bath and Annini Beach (great for young kids)

The condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. The kitchen was one of the best stocked I've seen in many VRBO rentals. The beds were comfortable. The resort's pool really is lovely and very close by. Doreen reached out with helpful advice in advance of the reservation and made it very easy to contact someone local in case we had any issues during our stay. I didn't see any shampoo or conditioner in the showers, but not really a big deal since we brought some of our own just in case. Otherwise, we had everything we needed (and more)! Great beach and other outdoor equipment, even bicycles. Hope to stay at Eddie's again soon!

Property was great! Just as advertised. There was plenty of beach gear and the grills at the pool were nice to use! Unfortunately The snorkel gear was broken and leaky and the cooler for the beach was broken (the handle) so it was difficult to use. The property was very walkable and there was a cute park about a mile walk with exercise equipment and a walking trail! Also many food trucks within walking distance.

Beautiful 2 story condo. Plenty of amenities and owner was very accurate in what was provided and available for use with respect to water toys, equipment, linens, towels, beach gear, etc. No surprises. Great spot in Princeville

This was a perfect spot for 5 of us to comfortably stay for a week. It was clean with plenty of towels and cooking supplies. Beds were comfy, bikes and surfboards were a nice touch, too. The garage was plenty big for our Jeep and gear. The team was quick to answer questions and get us sorted quickly. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a nice, roomy spot on the north side.

Perfect Stay in Princeville

We had an amazing stay at this home in Princeville! The property itself is fantastic—beyond spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The unit is nicely decorated and furnished. The rooms are very spacious. The property is very quiet and ideal if you’re looking to kick back and relax. The pool was… GREAT!The location is perfect for exploring the North Shore, and we loved starting and ending our days with the beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Princeville.

Wonderfully Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time! Super clean! Plenty of amenities. We were very comfortable and loved it! We loved the ease of parking in the garage and we borrowed chairs and an umbrella and boogie boards. Corresponding with owner was great - we even received a list of restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay-highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this property! It was 3 adults and 3 kids…with two of them being 2 or under. If you have young kids this is the property for you. They had high chairs, bouncers, 2 pack-n-plays, bouncers and many other things for kids. The property itself is very spacious…even more so than the pictures show. The boogie boards and bikes were very nice to have and lots of fun. The house has every kitchen item you can think of which made cooking nice. I would highly recommend this place whether you have kids or not. The pool, hot tub, and grills were also a nice addition. Check in process was simple and house was very clean. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Pictures don't do it justice

This property overall is fantastic; the photos won't wow you like your eyes will when you walk into the suite. Everything was neat and clean and the space and amenities in the suite, additional beach items in the garage, even having a garage, and amenities like the pool and BBQ made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. We had 5 of us including a 3 & 5 year old and it was a perfect space. Thanks Doreen!

Great family spot!

We really appreciated all of the items for the kiddos - pack n play, potty, high chair, and even sand toys and puddle jumpers made our stay a breeze. The pool area is great and we met a ton of other families there. Place was beautifully clean and had what we needed.

Outstanding home and hosts in elegant Princeville

Very well equipped, large rooms with accurate listing. We enjoyed this spacious home and everyone had private space. Our daughter, son inlaw and grandchild took the two queen bedrooms with the bathroom between them. The small "den" had a twin bed that was uses by the snorers. Thhe two balconies were greattoo.

Great family home!

Highly recommend this home to stay in while you are visiting Kauai. Conveniently located and stocked with many extras to make it an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The host was easy to communicate with when I had questions and I appreciated the prompt responses. Will definitely stay here again!
