This beautiful condo has been artfully designed with your comfort in mind. Fall in love with the white board and batten walls, natural contemporary furnishings, and high quality linens and bedding. Your home away from home comes fully stocked with kitchenware, small appliances, towels, linens, and everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. In addition, we are proud to use environmentally friendly amenities made with natural plant based ingredients.
For your convenience we provide a stacking washer/dryer and an ample food pantry, both located adjacent to the kitchen.

In addition to the 1320 sq. ft interiors, our condo features a large covered lanai, equipped to entertain with an outdoor dining table & chairs and a pair of comfy lounge chairs. A perfect spot to enjoy a Mai Tai at sunset while relaxing after a long day of adventuring.

We have just installed a new central A/C that services the main living space, the large master bedroom, and the twin bedroom. The Guest suite has a portable air conditioning unit. All rooms have fans and, though we do not charge for AC use, we ask that you turn it off when going out for a day of fun.

Plantation at Princeville is one of the newer condo complexes on the North Shore of Kauai, located adjacent to the awarded winning Makai Golf Course designed by resident Robert Trent Jones. This town is known for it's proximity to world-class surf and white-sand beaches, stand up paddling, kayaking, snorkeling and emerald mountains with waterfall views, iconic scenic hikes, walking/jogging paths and more.
Our complex includes notable amenities such as a resort style pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, and a gym/weight room exercise facility.

If you would like to book for more than 14 days, pls. reach out with a request. We require a VRBO review and/or a recommendation from a previous host. We also require a clean every 10-14 days depending on how many people are in the party.

This is a beautiful, light-filled condo with lots of space and lovely furnishings. We were very comfortable here and loved our stay. The beds are comfy, the hot tub is a treat, and the complex's landscaping is very pretty and lush (even in February). The big lanai is a really nice place to relax and take in the tropical foliage. The condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and we were greeted with a large basket of special Hawaii treats when we arrived. The hosts made us feel very welcome, and we hope to return again.

Beautiful Condo in Princeville

This place is outstanding!!!! Plenty of space, very clean and well kept. The property/neighborhood is well kept and quiet. It’s is located in Princeville and close to quiet beaches, restaurants and shopping. The a/c in the unit works great. Owner provides towels, beach chairs and umbrellas so you can enjoy the beaches. Unit is well stocked with household items so you can enjoy your stay. Owner is very responsive and communicates well. Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was excellent! Beautiful and very tastefully decorated condo. Very clean and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Rozalynn and the on-island host was easy and messages answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful Kauai Condo!

Perfect condo in a perfect spot. Loved our stay. Enjoyed a spacious & fully updated condo. The hot tub & gym are located right across the driveway, which was nice. Also it included boogie boards & snorkel gear. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place for 6 people to stay. The place was perfect for anyone planning on doing activities anywhere on the north shore. The condo was exactly as described with lots of towels, snorkeling and beach attire. Would highly recommended this place.

Perfect place for a family wedding in Hanalei!

This property is a perfect location for enjoying the North side of the island and driving South for Kapaa. With 3 bedrooms and adjoining baths it was great for family to stay while on the island for a wedding. Clean and beautifully decorated I highly recommend it. We leave Princeville with lifelong memories!

This is the first time a rental has lived up to the pictures for us. It was very clean, spacious and well organized. This was by far our best short term rental experience. It was stocked with dishware and spices so we could cook our own meals. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered all questions quickly. This would be my first choice if we ever visit again.

Lovely immaculate Princeville condo

We loved staying at this immaculate, spacious condo. Our granddaughter had a twin bedroom, and her grandparents and her parents each had a lovely bedroom. I highly recommend this rental in a beautiful condo community.

Great Stay in Princeville

This was perfect homebase for our multi generation trip to Kauai. The condo was lovely, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was so nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The property was very well stocked with nice beach gear and plenty of beach towels. Our kids really enjoyed relaxing in the pool area in the evenings when we made dinner at the condo. We would absolutely book this property again!

Wonderful condo

The condo was perfect. Loved the location in Princeville. We rented e-bikes for our stay and rode our bikes to all the nearby restaurants, food stands, beaches. The condo had plenty of room and is very nicely decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Rosalyn has created a wonderful place to stay while visiting Princeville. Everything was very clean, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and had all the amenities. From the bathroom makeup towels to the beach equipment, there was nothing that was missed when keeping guests needs in mind. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was a nice place to have meals with plenty of space. The condo was a wonderful oasis that provided the relaxing experience we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and look forward to booking again in the future

Best Stay in Princeville/Hanalei Bay

From the moment we walked into the condo we knew our stay was going to be fabulous! The condo was clean, updated, bright, airy and the perfect place to call home for a week. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. They supplied beach towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas to make our stay hassle free. The beds/linens were so comfortable. It is perfect for families visiting the island. Rozalynn did an amazing job at communicating whenever we had a question. It was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at!

Family vacation

Was able to get all my adult children together for a family vacation! House was great! Has enough room for my 3 adult children, my husband and me. Very nicely furnished and nice location. Only drawback was not having easy access to beach but being 15 minutes away from Hanalei Bay or Annini Beach was a plus.

Spent the week in heaven….

I have always loved Kaua’i and have been going for 50 years. It is still one of the most beautiful places on earth. I hope to keep returning to enjoy this paradise that resists fairly successfully being dragged into the modern world. And the house was exactly what we needed to come home to after a day of hiking, snorkeling or napping on a beach along side the seals and turtles. Everything we needed and more.
