Recently updated, lovely 3 bedroom (king, queen, 1 twin), 2 bath, 2 story duplex condo located at the outskirts of Princeville on Hanalei Plantation rd. Central AC in all 3 bedrooms located upstairs. A 15 minute walk will get you to the ruins of the old Club Med and a short trail to the beach that fronts the The One Hotel and is a spectacular property to visit. The condo is also walking distance to the Princeville center which has a grocery store, a variety of places to eat and some shops. It’s just a 5 minute drive to Hanalei town and any portion of Hanalei Bay. I commonly start my day by zooming “down the hill” for a lovely morning walk on the bay. The condo is well stocked and presented to give you that feeling of being at your home away from home:.
All beach gear is provided, chairs, coolers, umbrella, snorkel gear and boogie boards.
Things to do: Relax at the beach- Hanalei Bay, Ha'ena beach Park, Secrect Beach, Anini, Kalihiwai, are all in close proximity and offer a range of activity/atmosphere. We loved our stay here--very comfortable space and hospitality was so well thought out--truly all your needs/wants covered. Location was very convenient to all the North shore sites (which are spectacular and not to be missed). Owner was super responsive and on top of getting us information. Really enjoyed the hike through the old Club Med grounds at the end of the street as well as the cutest little food stand--Nourish. Would stay again and stay longer!

Beautiful View!! All the windows were directly positions to see the beautiful scenery! Pictures dont do it justice. Parking spot was right next to the house, which was great with all our luggage.They had ac in all of the upstairs 3 bedrooms, but no where downstairs...which it got a little warm downstairs when cooking or doing laundry. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms which helped. They had all the amenities.... shampoos, soaps, extra sunscreen, blankets, pillows, beach gear, coolers, spices, baggies, foil, trashbags, ice packs,.... workout gear, puzzles, games, books, ... small things you would forget, like tampons, safety pins, tape, umbrella.. etc. Alot more than most places we have stayed... which we really appreciated! There are 2 stray cats that frequent the back porch each morning and night... which were very sweet and coaxed us into feeding them their provided cat food. The bedroom with the Queen is super cold, so I left the door open to cool the rest of the house. The bathroom downstairs got a bit warm when showering, due to the no ac... but it was doable.Door was a little weird to lock/unlock, but we figured it out.The dishwasher and over-the-stove vent both did not work, which we notified the host. Was a 5-10min drive to Hanalei, and 30min drive to Haena. So great location for anywhere you are visiting on the North shore.Overall, was a great place, and would definitely stay again!

Great property!

This was a fantastic property. You could tell that love was put into this home. It was perfect for our family of four and we really enjoyed the nice touches. Having a good egg pan was really nice, sometimes when we travel it’s hard to make breakfast. We also appreciated all the amenities that were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. Five stars - would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic getaway in north Kauai!

This is a really great three-bedroom duplex! It's in Princeville, but away from the main resort area, so feels nice and quiet. But it's just a few minutes from Hanalei so easy to get to the sights (and beach!). It's also very conveniently located to food and restaurants. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. Owner is very friendly and helpful. A great experience, highly recommended!

Wonderful home, great location and host

Great 3 day stay at Monique's home. Well designed decor and felt like a home. Well stocked kitchen for all we needed to make our meals including condiments, spices and various items from Monique and past guests. Close to the Princeville shopping and restaurant area and just above Hanalei. Good access down the road to walking trails and the Princeville paths. Monique was very helpful and responded to questions over chat quickly. AC worked very well. Would highly recommend this home.

Such a wonderful stay

Highly recommend Monique's place to anyone visiting Kauai. It is perfected located, immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need. We stayed at her condo for an entire week and it was a relaxing place to retreat to at the end of all our hiking. Monique is also very responsive! We would definitely book again!

Small Complex Condo was nicely outside of the main Princeville scene closer to Hanalei…easy parking, comfortable a/c and fans, nice finish and touches inside. Don’t forget to reserve for Ke’e Beach but Tunnels is amazing too!

Loved everything about this 2 story unit. Very easy to get to from airport. Beautiful scenic route. Unit was very clean and full of all the essentials. Loved that we were able to do our laundry (detergent was provided). Beds were VERY COMFORTABLE! Parking is right in front of the unit. I was traveling alone with my teen daughter and we felt safe. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay in Princeville

This place is perfect. The setting is beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains while just being a few minutes from nice hikes a beautiful beaches. There is tons of room (our family of 4 adults was very comfortable) and the property is lovely as well with cool decorations and flowers all over the place. If my family ever makes another trip to Kauai we would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Hanalei Stay

What a lovely place to stay! So close to both Hanalei and Princeville, yet feels far removed from the busy pace of day-to-day life. Everything was perfect and well thought out, with lots of little extras. Only one small issue with the lock on the front door, but Monique responded quickly and fixed it while we were out enjoying ourselves. Wish we had more time here as a week just isn’t enough. Looking forward to next time. Mahalo!

Nice and Clean

Nice place perfect for our 2 day staycay. 2 bedrooms and an "office" but we had the baby sleep in the "office" since it was darker and there is a day bed. We put some fragile decorations on higher shelves and then there was tons of crawl space. Weird blockade in parking lot lane, but just had to go to turn around and go to the other entrance. Only thing didn't care for was the stray cats. There is a note that you can feed them or not, and they go from house to house. They were harmless but since stray, don't know how clean they are. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay so close to Hanalei town!

First off, Monique was a superb host. Her willingness to communicate was amazing to make sure we had what we needed. Second the place was bigger than expected, I just kept walking around saying omg this is so cute-I love this; so my family decided I had a crush on the space. It was so nice, clean, well stocked and artfully decorated. Beds were super comfy, fans everywhere to keep us cool plus AC,a fun walk to the old club med trail and a short drive to Hanalei and Princevillle. We really enjoyed our stay! After staying some of our time in resorts, this felt so much better.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our vacation home was clean, well decorated and perfectly located. We really enjoyed it there. We had a little problem with the TV and Monique was on top of it before we hung up the phone! We will for sure stay there again on our next trip to Kauai.

Amazing home away from home!!!

We absolutely loved the entire townhouse. It had everything we could need. The location was convenient to hope onto car and run into the local towns. It was so cute to have the outdoor cats come to the door and ask to be fed ❤️❤️❤️ We needed at least 1.5 - 2 weeks at that townhouse and we can’t wait to come back!

So Comfortable And Welcoming

Our condo couldn't have been more perfect - little thoughtful touches throughout made it extra special. Everything looked brand new and we easily had enough space for everyone and for all that we brought with us. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked plus Monique even had items to use for picnicking, going to the beach, hiking - etc. She literally couldn't have made this any better. We would absolutely come back and will definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Kauai.

Perfect romantic get away.

My husband & I stayed for 2 wonderful weeks. Great location. Very clean & exactly as described. The only convenience we missed from home was a microwave to heat up our leftovers. We did use the toaster oven & the oven in the stove but would've just been faster with a microwave. Literally the only thing we missed. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Would def book again.

This was a gorgeous place, meticulously clean. The beds were super comfortable . There was everything we could have wanted to prepare meals, ample towels and toiletries , and even yoga mat and weights as a bonus! I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. Nicest vrbo I’ve been to
