  • Emmalani court is a small, quiet complex in Princeville, near the Princeville Resort. After visiting the 4 main islands in Hawaii, we decided on the North shore for it's lush setting and laid back vibe. There is truly no other place like it in the world. We have been coming to Princeville for 15 years and decided on Emmalani due to it's location and amenities. We are within walking distance to beaches (10-15 minutes), the Bali Hai lookout, the Princeville Resort, and a short drive to many other amazing beaches as well as the unique town of Hanalei. Unit 422 has been renovated and includes brand new deluxe furnishings as well as amenities to make you feel right at home. Emmalani court complex is one of the few heated pools in Princeville. The kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and all cooking utensils we use at our house. We have a fun closet filled with beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys), games, books, and movies. We tried to outfit the condo with everything we like to use when we come on vacation so you'll feel right at home.

Enjoyed the stay so much, we've already booked for next year. We've stayed at others in this same complex, and this was the best. Gets a good breeze, so A/C is rarely needed. Owner was very responsive.

Everything was clean and beautiful upon our arrival. No major problems, slow sink drain in main bathroom, found two large cockroaches in other bath. We enjoyed the quiet at night, we were gone most days.

We had a lovely stay at the Emmalani Court condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our one week visit on Kauaii. The owner was very responsive and helpful from the time we booked our trip until the day we checked out. We can't wait to visit again!

The condo seemed very new, was beautiful, clean and well kept. Views were fantastic and the grounds were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable nice large soft towels in the bathrooms.When we had questions for Marla, she responded immediately.It was a fantastic week in Kauai and the apartment made it a special time.

The perfect place

We absolutely loved this place. It’s so close to Hanalei Bay and the neighborhood is lovely. My kids loved the pool and the sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good communication throughout stay. Property is as pictured. Very good beds, linens and towels. Condo had very comfortable furniture. We loved looking out at the golf course and seeing the sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Princeville Oasis

This beautiful place was the perfect house for our family getaway. It provided a beautiful and clean place for rest and hub for sightseeing. It had all the amenities one could think of for a weeks stay. Beautiful golf course view and quiet place.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

The unit was clean, well located on the golf course near the coast and came with everything we needed for a lovely stay. Always ample parking and close to the community pool. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible time. The home is spacious with stunning views and immediate access to coastal trails. The cookware and dining space was perfect and well equipped to prepare meals at home. Check-in was a breeze with our entry-code and welcome packet, and our host Marla was incredibly responsive, communicative and kind in advance of - and during - our stay. We’ll definitely return!

We had a great time at the condo. It is large and comfortable and so so quiet!! It is great to see all the birds on the golf course. We have stayed in this complex numerous times and we love it. It feels safe and has everything we need.
