"We were at this hotel about 8 years ago, it was very well kept, and we were very happy. However, my recent stay in this hotel showed the conditions have deteriorated. The exterior conditions of the building are bad, the exterior walls are dirty and they need a good power wash. The entrace of the hotel needs a lot of cleaning and the carpets inside the lobby and the staircases need frequent vacuuming. "This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a...
