This home can accommodate 10 adults (age 11+) and 5 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. The Carrington is a beautifully renovated, turn of the century home, a perfect place to make some memories with your family and friends. Over 3500 square feet to host your next getaway with two spacious living rooms and a table that seats up to 12 guests. The ideal home for your county dinner party. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a cozy queen size bed. Guests will enjoy easy access to everything Prince Edward County has to offer from this centrally located home. From walking around historic Main St. in downtown Picton, to the best restaurants, wineries, attractions and Sandbanks Beach. If you prefer staying close to home this great backyard features both a heated pool and hot tub. Please note that the home has a 6th queen bed in the loft bedroom. The cleaning fee includes linens for 5 beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the 6th bed or request linens for an additional $30.STA License # ST-2020-0205

A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
