1. Bathtub Condition: The bathtub was in poor condition and not usable for taking a proper bath.
2. No Complimentary Mineral Water: There was no mineral water provided in the room.
3. Lack of Room Service: There was no provision for room service during the stay.
4. No In-house Dinner Facility: Dinner was not available within the hotel premises; guests had to order from outside.
5. Miscommunication about Breakfast Timings: At check-in, we were informed breakfast is served till 10:30 AM, but in the morning, we were told it ended at 10:00 AM due to it being a weekday. However, after some discussion, breakfast was provided to us.
6. Unclean Elevator: The elevator was not properly cleaned and gave an unpleasant impression.
7. No Assistance to Room: No staff accompanied us to our room during check-in for a safe and guided experience.
8. Self-Carrying Luggage: We had to manage our luggage ourselves both during check-in and check-out.
9. Limited TV Channels: The television offered only a very limited number of channels.
10. Unclean Bedsheets: The bedsheets were not properly cleaned and had visible stains.
11. No Cutlery or Glassware Provided: When we ordered food from outside, no plates, cutlery, or whiskey glasses were provided.
12. Faulty Door Closer: The room door closer was too tight and required excessive force to open and close.
13. Missing Basic Bathroom Amenities: There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, or bathroom slippers provided.
