Casa Valì is a charming little house, born from the renovation of an old typical Salento house whose traditional architecture, simple and cozy style and many furnishing elements have been recovered, giving the structure the unique charm of the most authentic Salento.
The entrance is in a covered courtyard from which you access the small garden where you can spend pleasant, peaceful evenings: here there is a gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, a small masonry sofa and cushions for outdoor relaxation, and the outdoor shower.
The interiors of Casa Valì feature the ancient vaulted ceilings and recessed niches, a perfect match for the brand-new furniture, contemporary finishes and designer touches.
 
In the spacious living room are the open kitchen, dining room, sofas and 1 queen-size rollaway bed. Next to the living room is 1 double bedroom. Finally, a shower room completes the interior of Casa Valì.
A small staircase leads up to an alcove set up as a relaxation space or reading corner, furnished with a sofa.

Casa Valì is the perfect solution for a peaceful stay in Lower Salento, just a few kilometers from all the most important tourist destinations of Capo di Leuca .
It`s located in Presicce, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, famous for its historic center full of underground oil mills, ancient buildings and Baroque churches. By car, the Ionian beaches can be reached in 10 minutes.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
