This was a great little house to stay in! Beds were comfy. Property had all the essentials for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The hot tub had just been replaced and had a little trouble heating properly at first, but the host was very prompt at responding to the issue! We had the best time!!

The lodging was fine. The host was quite helpful in taking care of things. The hot tub was a bit too salty for the person who used it. It would be nice if the listing included the fact that one would need charcoal to use the grill, although I'm not sure if it did or not. Overall, it was quite nice.

This place was beautiful and comfortable! The host made sure everything was ready for us when we got there. The furniture and decorating were beautiful. The kitchen had a nice variety of dishes, pots and pans, as well as all the utensils one could want. They even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the frig when we arrived! We contacted the host about a small issue and he responded immediately and the item fixed promptly. We stayed 11 days and were very happy the whole time! I highly recommend this host and home. It is a duplex or condo-type home. It was perfect for our needs!

My husband and I use VRBO every year for our anniversary trip and this has been the best one yet! The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated and the layout was perfect. If I could have packed it up and brought it back to South Carolina I would have. The property owner was very responsive and our comfort was his priority.We WILL be back!

The property was super cute and very clean. It has a great backyard setup with an outdoor couch, gas fire pit, and jacuzzi. We spent every night out there. It was a bonus and added to our trip! I would highly recommend this property!

I travel to Prescott Valley at least twice a year. I am elated to have finally found my to go to place. The unit is very clean and offers all needed amenities. The host is very attentive and extremely responsive. The backyard is spectacular, private and relaxing. You will not regret your decision

Little Jewel in Prescott Valley

Very nicely appointed duplex. One small garage, which you can park in, which was really nice. Had pretty much everything we needed to be very comfortable and we each had our own bathroom . A little far away from some things, but not a bad drive at all. There is plenty to do between Prescott Valley and Prescott. Great shopping, overall we enjoyed ourselves very much.

One week stay perfect with 2 bed, 2 bath, and garage. Private back yard. Clean and comfortable. Location good for Prescott Valley golf courses and eateries. Host pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend!

Accommodation was excellent and a beautiful town home. Mark, the owner, was very helpful in learning how to adjust the temperature and getting signed into the internet. It would have been helpful to have a non-skid slower matt and a grab bar.

A Delightful Quiet Place

Host was reachable and very nice. This place is right off the 89 - a loop into and out of Prescott Valley and Prescott. So, very convenient. Loved it. Very clean and modern. Very large TV in living room and master bedroom. A big thumbs up.
