The Sanctuary at Prescott Heights


High up on a hill on ½ acre of private land overlooking historic downtown Prescott, this stunning mid century modern 5 BR/3BA home is the perfect oasis for both relaxation and family fun. The main level features gorgeous oversized floor to ceiling picture windows that offer incredible mountain views, a vaulted high beam ceiling, and an open concept kitchen and living area that inspires family and friends to gather, connect and gaze together. There’s also a generous deck off of the dining room that beckons you outside to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun or your glass of wine under the stars. On this upper level you’ll also find a Primary Suite with a King Bed, Day Bed and Full EnSuite Bathroom, plus two additional airy bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) with a shared Full Bathroom.


Just down the stairs on the lower level of The Sanctuary, and accessible through two private entrances, is a separate living area with 2 Queen Bedrooms, a Full Bathroom, a kitchenette (with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc), and a large common area/media room with a movie screen and projector, so your family and friends can enjoy you favorite movies and events in your very own home theater. You’ll also find two comfortable Queen Sofa Sleepers with mattress toppers in this common space—perfect for a memorable slumber party. :)


As amazing and peaceful as the home itself is, the owners and retired Firefighters, Robyn and Jeff, call the backyard and detached garage (aka the fun zone/man cave/gym) the happiest place on the property! Just behind the home you’ll find a large turf play area with cornhole, lounge chairs and other fun distractions, a propane fire pit surrounded by 10 Adirondack chairs, and a sunny two car garage completely dedicated to the best things in life: working out and playing and chilling with your favorite people. Inside this Fun Zone you’ll find 2 treadmills, a stairclimber, free weights, cable machine, yoga mats, a ping pong table, a big screen smart TV, comfy couches, an outdoor dining table, and whatever nifty things Robyn and Jeff gather for you along the way as they slowly but surely create level 10 guest nirvana.


With separate living areas on both levels and ½ acre of private land designed specifically for large groups that always appreciate separate and unique hangout zones, your family and friends will be able to seek out and enjoy whatever their heart desires in each moment at The Sanctuary: chill time, play time, family time, workout time, story time, us time, me time. With so much to do on site, you may never want to leave your new happy place! But if your desires include taking in the fun bar and restaurant scene on Whiskey Row or satisfying your quest for adventure, the downtown Prescott/Courthouse area and local outfitters and trails are just minutes (2.5 mi) away from your front door. We can’t wait to share the magic of The Sanctuary at Prescott Heights with you!
