Located in the heart of Prescott just blocks away from Historic downtown square.

This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

We love staying here! This is our second time, and we have already planned our Christmas trip for next year. This home is beautiful, complete with lovely Christmas decorations for the season. It has everything one could need for cooking in the kitchen, as well as a BBQ. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. I appreciate the fireplace and all the little beautiful decor. The communication with the hosts is excellent. The location near the downtown area could not be better. Such a great place!

This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. This host has thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, great decor, comfy beds and furniture. Good treats too. Having an attached garage was wonderful. Amazing stay. Specious bedrooms, kitchen, and seating area. Meticulously clean, fluffy towels, all the kitchen accessories you need, and comfortable. Host left goodies in the kitchen, ice-cream treats in the freezer, and incidentals in the bathrooms in case you forgot something. Host was amazing. Had a problem with one of the mattresses and the hostbought a new one and had it installed the same day. Awesome property and host. Can't wait to come back.

My sister, a friend and I stayed 4 nights at the home. We have been to Prescott several times and this was the best VRBO ever. Clean, well equipped, and organized! Loved the decor. Beds were very comfy. I previously owned an VRBO property and this place put mine to shame! Close enough to town plaza if you like to walk but these 70 years old drove. Appreciated the garage.Sherlynn was spot on with her recommendations for dining. We especially liked Local for breakfast. We will definitely go back!

Outstanding place to stay. In addition, there were so many nice little touches by the host - ice cream in the freezer, four different types of charging cords for our use, and a toothbrush and other bathroom things in case we forgot the. I highly recommend this VRBO.

We were delighted with this property and hope to return. The location was ideal for trips to the Square, parks and easy access to Prescott Valley. The house was so well equipped it became a game to see if we could find anything missing. We couldn't. Since this was a summer escape from Phoenix, we enjoyed the back patio and were even able to watch the meteor showers right from the backyard. Great care was evident in the decorations and care in preparing this home for guests. A wonderful place to stay. Thanks.

Attention to every detail!

This rental is the best! There are so many amenities including, my favorite, the ice cream bars. There are plenty of linens, nice washer and dryer, location is close to the square. We definitely recommend this place. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful home

The house was just as pictured, great place to stay! It was very clean, comfortable beds and furniture, and quite a few little extras (snacks and toiletries). We were able to park in the garage which was nice, and not a far drive from courthouse plaza, less then a mile i believe. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, we would be happy to stay again some day.

Perfect location for Prescott

We loved the location. Almost straight shot to Whiskey Row. Place was immaculate. Loved the thoughtful and tasty goodies left for us. Hope to stay here again!
