  • This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

    The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

    The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

    The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

    The guest bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

    The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

    We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

    The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

    HOUSE RULES

    We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

    Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

    No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

I have stayed at numerous VRBO’s over the years and this property is by far the best! Overwhelmingly stocked, extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and having a garage was such a bonus!! Loved it all!

An absolutely beautifully and comfortable spot. Spotlessly clean, well stocked with everything we needed and thanks for leaving snacks. Close to historic area and nice restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved the location and the open floor plan. Lots of fun and music events in town. Unfortunately the lighting was not conducive to reading a book at night. We are avid readers. The light in the closets were great though.

The property resonated comfort the minute we walked through the door. We loved the layout, and that there were TVs in each bedroom, though we only used one. The amenities were everything we needed and the ice cream in the freezer was a added bonus! We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area.

This was so much fun to be up in Prescott for an overnight. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated they thought of everything. We didn't want to leave but we will definitely be back. Fabulous find. Thanks Sue

This was hands-down, the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The place was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped that you could do gourmet meals there. Both bedrooms, have king beds with their own bathrooms, and even a garage to park in. I’ll be booking again!

This beautiful home is nicely decorated and was exceptionally clean.The spacious layout and attached garage were an added bonus.Both the kitchen and the bathrooms were well stocked and also supplied with thoughtful extras.Additionally, the beds were very comfortable and the detail given to the great linens and pillows were very much appreciated We really enjoyed our stay and loved all the personal touches to make us feel welcome.

Such a pleasant.comfortable place. Had the best sleep score I have had in years. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and thoughtful ("forgotten") assundires. Quick responses from the host. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you need to feel at home. Stocked kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Great snacks for the kiddos to enjoy. Lots of fun games and puzzles to do as a family. Comfortable beds and an all around homey, beautiful property. Conveniently located to enjoy the surrounding area. This is our second time visiting, and we will definitely do so again!
