Spacious Condo

“Good Vibes” are what we hope you will feel when you arrive at this newly updated condo. This light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, second floor unit is located just ½ mile from beautiful downtown Prescott’s Courthouse Square, shops and restaurants. This condo features vaulted ceilings and skylights which provide plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable and spacious living room with a 55” Smart TV and electric fireplace. And there is a separate seating area to read or just relax. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with a 55” Smart TV and ensuite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, desk and spacious walk-in closet. All bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with Samsung stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, high quality cookware and utensils; everything you will need to prepare your favorite meals (except the food, of course). For your comfort the condo is equipped with baseboard heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Direct TV, high-speed WIFI internet, washer, dryer, and more. There are two assigned parking spaces one non-covered and one covered. The condo has access to Granite Creek and you can follow the creek to a park near downtown Prescott.

Reminder this is a condo. We ask that you respect the neighbors, and NO SMOKING is allowed in the unit or on the deck. Please, no pets.

This is the second year we have spent two weeks in this condo. The accommodation is light, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The easy, flat work into town, to the Court House Square, shops and restaurants etc. is a major plus. The whole condo complex is well-maintained and located in an almost park-like area - unusual so close to the city center.

Everything about this condo was perfect! Very well decorated! CLEAN! Beds are comfortable. Very spacious. Enjoyed every touch they put into the condo. The complex was very clean and has lush landscaping. The neighborhood wasn’t horrible but not the nicest.

Great place for a long weekend in Prescott

Loved this condo, simple, clean, everything was well organized, plenty of room, no issues - all the things you hope for/need in a weekend getaway. Walking distance to town and the urban trail (I forget what it was called but there's a nice little trail walk and it's right down the street). Host very friendly and accomodating, place was quiet and relaxing and safe. Would definitely come back here - recommend!!

Memorial Day weekend

AWESOME…TONS of little extras. Snacks,water,coffee Wine!!! Phone chargers in every room!!! Clean… Check out process did not include having to do/start the laundry like many other properties. Highly recommend. GREAT LOCATION.

Wonderful condo

This is an excellent place to stay while in Prescott. It is clean and has everything you would need to be comfortable. The little things like water in the fridge and snacks upon arrival are a nice touch we don't often see. It is very close to a local grocery store and downtown. The binder has everything you would need as well as a listing of local restaurants if you aren't familiar with the area. We would definitely stay there in the future when we return to Prescott.

Comfortable and convenient

This condo is very clean and conveniently located close to the square. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Snacks, bottled water and a bottle of wine were much appreciated! Communication with the owners was great! They responded in a very friendly and timely manner! We highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

Great Condo!

The condo was definitely a hike from the parking lot. We didn’t mind it, but my mom had issues getting to and from. And it can be an issue when it comes to luggage and all the stairs etc. We checked in around 930pm and the neighbor below us called the cops because we were being loud. Honestly besides bringing the luggage up, we put our pajamas on and went to bed. When the cop came out we were all in bed about to fall asleep. That was our only issue with neighbor. House itself is gorgeous and perfect. Has everything you need. We had some issues with water heater but the owner was awesome and communicated great with us and had it fixed the next day. It’s a beautiful condo and it was perfect for 3 adults and a 1 year old. Quiet neighborhood as well and walking distance to a brewery and downtown. Again, loved the owners and condo!

Great condo in awesome town

The condo was clean and beautiful and in a great location close to town. The town is fun and safe and has a great vibe. The shops, restaurants and nightlife make this town worth visiting again!
