Enjoy a relaxing, luxurious getaway, in this beautifully updated 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Just a 5 minute drive from Courthouse Square, excellent restaurants and unique shops. Less than 5 minutes to hiking and mountain bike trails at Thumb Butte located in the Prescott National Forest.

Excellent Stay!The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Excellent location for me and my pup!!

I spent my days hiking and riding my MTB. The location was excellent. We spent many hours at Thumb Butte. Tons of trails just minutes from the door great for hiking and biking. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. I loved the backyard. Lots of shade and a nice place to hang out with my dog for meals. The doggy door was a huge bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family and dogs came to Prescott for a graduation and the home was perfect in every way. It was stocked with everything we needed, perfect location- close to everything and the backyard was a dream for our dogs. This was our second time staying here and we will be back without question!

Perfection!

This property was fantastic! Everything advertised was super accurate, comfortable, clean, accommodating, and convenient. Our host was personable, accessible, welcoming and so kind! Her Christmas decor set the atmosphere for this most important holiday. It really feels like home. The kitchen had every gadget you could want. The back yard was closed in and safe for our pup who was enamored with birds in the trees overhead, friendly neighboring dogs, and the most polite, adorable children next door who lost their football over the fence a couple times. The site was 5-10 minutes to downtown for incredible eats (breakfast is great!). Courthouse central was lighted to the max for Christmas cheer made for lovely walks through crisp air and happy chats with similar visitors. Home was accessible to everything a person would want. Being on Thumb Butte Rd we were literally three minutes to incredible hiking! We took the loop drive to majestic vistas off Thumb Butte. Took a drive to Sedona for lunch at our favorite restaurant. The Dells are incredible, Watson Lake is wonderfully unique and beautiful. It's not possible to be disappointed here. Great place for exhilaration and/or total relaxation. Pure Bliss!

Great location and great property

Highly recommend this property if you’re staying with family. Everything we needed was already at the house and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the small appliances you’d ever need. The backyard is very peaceful. Close to town but also quiet neighborhood to relax.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sanctuary at Thumb Butte! We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. Truly, this is a turn key vacation place. The kitchen is complete, the linens really nice and it has all the comforts of home. The backyard is peaceful as well. We will be back!

Perfect little getaway

This is a great house for a quick getaway to the pines. It’s perfect for 2 people or 6 people. Remodeled with nice furniture and decor. Fully stocked kitchen and the house has plenty of space. Close to DT Prescott but just enough off the beaten path for some peace and quiet. Darling backyard, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

The communication with Renee was so easy. We were able to take our dogs which was so very nice! They have a fenced yard as well as a doggy door. Huge very well kept yard! There was even dog dishes! The cleanliness was so very nice!! My mom was so impressed by how very clean everything was. Nothing was broken or dirty or worn out. The interior decorating was so impressive! Renee had it decorated for Christmas and it looked so nice! Everything was extremely well stocked. Nothing was skimped on. From the silverware to coffee, spices, dishes, etc. Nothing was mismatched or worn out. Toaster, both coffee pots, stand mixer, etc were all top notch! There was even a salad spinner! :-) The house is very spacious and well laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Home Away from Home

I thought I was organized but this is next level scary organized. Can you believe corn cob dishes? The kitchen has everything short of an instant pot or air fryer (and I'm not suggesting they should). Every time I thought "why didn't they supply this or that", I'd turn a corner or open a drawer and there it would be. The back yard is just as comfortable as the home. Not that I've traveled extensively, but this is the most comfortable vacatin rental I have ever stayed at hands down. When people talk about a "Home Away from Home" this is what they're talking about.

Nice family retreat
