At Prescott's higher elevation, temperatures are often 15–20°F cooler than the Phoenix area—one reason visitors return for summer weekends, outdoor adventures, and time away.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• The property is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Visitors and unregistered guests are not permitted.

• As required by the City of Prescott, the responsible guest must provide government-issued ID, complete the Hospitality Agreement, remain with the group throughout the reservation, and register all guests. Guest registration and the signed Hospitality Agreement must be completed within 2 business days of booking.

• Driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Street parking is not available.

• Peaceful Mesa is a non-smoking property, indoors and outdoors.

• Step-free access to the main level is available through the garage. The home is split-level, and access to some bedrooms, decks, patios, and living areas requires stairs.

• Road sounds from the nearby highway are audible at the property and are disclosed for guests who may be particularly sensitive to traffic noise.

• The property features natural granite boulders, uneven terrain, and wildlife. Children should be supervised outdoors.

• Despite regular professional pest service, occasional insects, spiders, or other desert critters may find their way indoors, especially during seasonal weather changes.

• Central air conditioning and mini-splits are provided for guest comfort. Thermostat settings are limited to 72°F or higher.

• Glitter, confetti, and similar decorative materials are not permitted anywhere on the property.
