Sit back, Relax and enjoy a cool glass of ice tea from the front porch swing of this Sweet 1890's American foursquare home. Nestled on Prescott's finest historical street and recently remodeled with comfort, and function in mind.... This is quite possibly your best vacation yet! The home has 4 spacious bedrooms & 2 baths. Featuring a newly renovated kitchen that is equipped with everything you will need to create delicious meals throughout your stay. Embrace this charming historical street that is truly reminiscent of a scene straight out of a Norman Rockwell painting. Stroll down a couple blocks to enjoy all the local dining, shopping and nightly entertainment. The Courthouse lawn offers a wonderful line up of musicians and functions throughout the year. Fantastic yoga studios, and hiking are also within walking distance. There is a lovely park and skate park with tennis courts located just a block away.

Peaceful retreat but close to the action

This charming old home was perfect for a great getaway in Prescott. The home was in a peaceful neighborhood where we enjoyed sitting in the backyard for a cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. We also walked downtown to restaurants and shops. It couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful!

This property was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect addition to my wedding at the Windmill House. You can tell that they have spent a lot of time and effort on the upkeep of the home. The renovations are stunning.The host was very easy to communicate with. The property was well kept, very clean and felt like home. I was sad I didn’t stay longer.!I look forward to staying there again.

Extraordinary Place to Stay in Prescott

Absolutely loved this home! It was a perfect place for our family to stay while in town for our son's college graduation. Decor is beautiful, property is clean, great location, big enough for four couples and a couple of babies to move around and to have privacy. Beds were super comfy. Would definitely stay here again. Fabulous Prescott House

This was an incredible house with the desired location near downtown Prescott. The design and decorative touches are perfect for this vintage Prescott house. The beds were extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was great. The house encompassed everything we needed for our stay. We will be utilizing this house again soon for our Prescott adventures!

Best place to stay in town

Every time we come to Prescott, we stay at this beautiful home. The house is decorated to the nines with beautiful finishing touches. We came up for a family vacation and love staying at Crystals place. It is within walking distance to whiskey, Row and all the restaurants. Crystal is easy to work with and is very responsive.

Girls trip

What a place

You can feel the warmth of the house as you walk in. This house has great character. We absolutely loved the backyard. My oldest daughter read a book while lounging in the hammock. Loved everything about this house.

We brought family from 4 states together for a whirlwind weekend and this home was the perfectly relaxing home base for us. We were so comfortable and every question we had in advance was answered promptly with courtesy.
