This two bedroom, one bath home has been restored to combine the historic charm with modern amenities. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, quartz counters, upgraded cabinetry and stackable washer/dryer. Shared bath with walk in shower and upgraded tile throughout. Spacious master Bedroom and gorgeous chandeliers throughout. It has a Fully fenced, landscaped yard. Less than .5 miles from Historic Downtown Square. You can walk to the Square and all the shops located near the Courthouse Square!

Charming Craftsman style home

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the things were thought out even down to the nice snacks and treats that were a welcome site upon our arrival! Well stocked with spices and kitchen cookware. The towels are luxurious would definitely recommend staying here and we'll plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Laura!

The attention to detail was remarkable. We had a very lovely and comfortable stay. The entire is done from top to bottom with the kitchen and bathroom fully stocked. The outdoor area was also very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, Cottage Retreat

The cottage had a perfect blend of modern updates and old-world charm. Well appointed with all amenities for a comfortable, care-free stay. Great location, about a half-mile from the heart of old town Prescott. Thoughtfully designed back yard. Do highly recommend!!

Beautifully restored cottage

This little Victorian-styled cottage within easy walking distance from downtown Prescott was a real find. A roomy, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, one large and one smaller bedroom, a large, almost opulent, bath and a quiet neighborhood close to downtown combined to make a pleasant stay for me as a single traveler. The check-in was painless and communication with the owner was easy. No hesitation in recommending the place.
