The best location in town, this updated Victorian duplex is just 3 mins walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Fabulous restaurants, bars & cafe's within a stones' throw. Park your car and enjoy all that Prescott offers on your doorstep. If your dates aren't available, try checking our adjacent unit in the same house. No children or pets allowed. The City of Prescott allows a maximum stay of 29 days in short term rentals like ours. If you are interested in staying longer you would have to do separate bookings.

Great property; good location. Picture looks like house is 'street level' but actually not--a little challenge for people with walking difficulties (spouse). However, there is parking behind in alley which helped. Handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Old Historical home which has been nicely updated.

Beautiful historic home

Fabulous Little House

Truly love this house downtown! So cute and clean. Lots of little extra details like full ice trays, snacks, coffee, a useful things to do in Prescott and more! Definitely coming back.

Family Visit to Prescott

This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week while visiting our daughter and family. Very clean, comfortable and easy access to downtown. This place had everything you'd need. Will consider staying here again in the future.Randy and Susan were great hosts and even checked in with us a few days into our stay!

Lovely Prescott

11 day stay in Prescott. Experienced cold, snow and warm glorious sunshine. VRBO was perfect for me- clean, comfortable, 4 minute walk to restaurants, saloons and very close to hiking. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful when asked for opinions regarding hiking, golf and where to eat. My VRBO hosts were exceptional.

This cute cottage duplex is close to the square and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here in Prescott. Great hiking trails, restaurants, and happy hour spots.

Perfect location and beautiful property

The entire downtown and extended area are walkable - we simply parked when we arrived and didn't touch the car again until we left. I loved the hills - some gave a challenge but there were always ways to walk that weren't so challenging. The property is very cozy and has the charm of an early 1900's home, with all the modern features one would look for. The bathroom was phenomenal and the office / 2nd bedroom was great for working. We highly recommend Raven and El Gato Azul... we fell in love with those two places!

We were in town for a celebration at the Hassayampa Inn. This property is conveniently located near the square and the owners were very accommodating. I’d stay here again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Visit

We had a wonderful visit but it was unseasonably cold when we arrived. The location was wonderful. The entire house was decorated nicely and equipped with everything we wanted during our visit. We loved the snow in Prescott. Unfortunately, given the extreme cold, we couldn't regulate the heat in the smaller bedroom. It was blasting with heat or too cold. Each night, I thought if I managed the situation better by setting the temp differently or turning on the fan, it would be ok. So, we didn't report this to the owner. If I had reported it, I feel certain they would have addressed it. I will stay at this vrbo again as long as it isn't in the dead of winter.
