Karina was a very attentive host and the home was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was extremely clean and the decor was very updated and beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.
Loved the cute bungalow style. It is a very quiet neighborhood close to all Prescott attractions.

Perfect for our weekend getaway

The home was cute and comfortable and being able to bring our dog along for the trip made it that much better. The location is great and the neighborhood was quiet. My family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for the dog shows

We came from California for a dog show weekend in Prescott Valley. Super cute little home in immaculate condition- perfect for our stay and close to some really nice dining.

This was the best stocked VRBO I have stayed in. The attention to detail for visitors was well thought out and executed. They offered a coffee/tea fully stocked area, small bathroom essentials in case you forgot, things like salt and pepper, paper towels, Kleenex box, soap pumps at all sinks. actual Hooks in the bathrooms!!! The home was very clean and welcoming. This home has a great location, being close to the downtown square. We sure enjoyed staying there. I would 100% recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay. The house had everything we needed. We went as a family to my son's baseball tournament, and we actually spent a lot of time at the baseball fields. The house's location is great; everything is close by. Thank you very much!

Prescott vacation getaway

Came to Prescottfor Thanksgiving weekend with family. We found a home to be very well stocked, clean and easy access to town. We especially enjoyed the fenced in areas for our dogs. There were many nice touches throughout the home that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

The place was in a great location. Karina was very quick to reply to all my questions/concerns, and was a great host. The place was well organized, but just a bit dirty.

Comfortable, cozy stay

Very nice house; uber clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for three adults to move around including the great kitchen! Close to downtown and easy to get to. The people that we were visiting in Prescott saw the property and were so impressed that they told us that they would recommend it to other visitors. We would certainly stay again.

This place is so cute. The owners did a nice job taking an older home and making it comfortable, cute, and a place to call home away from home. Too bad the neighborhood doesn't do the same and take pride in their places such as these folks did. Would make for a nice place. But if you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. Close to all.

A little Zen Oasis

We found this little home to be the perfect zen oasis for our stay in Prescott. My sister & B-i-L and I were in town to visit our Aunt. During the day we were often quite busy and it was a true delight to come "home" to a cool quiet house. We found it to be just as shown in the photographs and truly loved starting our mornings off on the patio listening to the bird song while sipping our coffee. Delightful!

House was spotless clean everywhere. Host was very communicative. Had one small issue that the electric lock battery ran low. They came within 20 minutes and replaced the battery. Couldn’t ask for better!

Cozy stay!

The interior of the property was great and clean! We enjoyed the welcome basket of treats. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee pods, which was a nice touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely updated, however the mattresses were quite firm. The entire property is nicely updated including the exterior, but not all houses on the street are in the same great shape.
