"This was one of the most pleasant and enjoyable experiences I have had at a hotel in ages . It's a beautiful quaint small inn with only 5 rooms but it was simply beautiful and the room was spectacular. I would strongly recommend staying here . Waking up early and seeing the deer and coyotes was just the icing on the cake ."

"The breakfast was wonderful! So many selections and a comfortable room in which to dine. We met several couples and enjoyed their company. The hotel is old and we had to weave through from one side of the building to the other. It was a bit confusing. The upgrades are nice, but we would have appreciated a small table where we could eat. "The room was not clean. There were traces of blood/ dirt on pillows and blanket. The bed was so old and disgusting we both got backache and neck ache and couldn’t sleep throughout the night. There was no iron in the room and the hair dryer was broken. The bathroom was so dirty and poorly maintained that it looked like a homeless shelter. The staff looked like they hated their job, except of an East Indian guy who was the only friendly person there. They didn’t have tissue paper and when asked,...

"Great room with a simple 2 minute walk to huffs restaurant and just a few more minutes and you are casting a line in the lake! Awesome view of Lake Shasta !!! The room is comfy cozy and the heater worked fine👍"

"Very quiet and easy to sleep. Comfortable bed and AC. Convenient frig, microwave, coffeemaker, wifi, plenty of outlets. Easy free parking. The pool looked clean and very inviting. Wished I could have used it. The only thing I would have like added would be something to put my suitcase on rather than the floor. I will most likely stay here again, but bring my own suitcase stand. I wonder if I could have gotten one if I had asked?"

"Staff was very helpful. Neighborhood was sketchy but I felt safe there and my car was right by my room. Room was nice. Bathroom shower area could use a deep cleaning. Grout was very dirty or stained. Bed has a thin metal base that makes it impossible to sit on the bed without it making a very loud noise. The people above me were very very noisy for hours. Staff should be aware of extra loud people."

"they were undergoing an upgrade and the day we were there. they had the parking lot blocked of for seal coating and striping. The interior was freshened up, and the room seemed to have undergone a remodel, but they must have run out of money because they had removed the desk and not replaced it, and only one light over the bed was new not both. In fairness I've stay at this property many times over the last 14 years and have always been satisfied so these are more observations and not...

"Not what I would expect from a Sheraton! Young kids running the front desks that acted like it was an inconvenience for them to help you. Too busy on their phones! The price of the parking was absurd and never disclosed. Had to wait for a 1/2 hour for coffee in the morning and it was so terrible I couldn’t drink it. I was also so embarrassed for them on how the coffee table looked! Everything was a mess like no one even cared to straighten it up. I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money staying...
