"We had two nights at this lodge everything was beyond our expectations. Authentic Nubian food, excellent coffee, mint tea, fresh squeezed orange juice, wonderful & relaxing boat rides, nice staff. We had a wonder visit to Abu Simbel, the car & driver was organized by lodge, the price was reasonable. It was very pleasant two days in Aswan. "

"The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window."

"The shuttle is really convenient because it is far away from the airport. It is a tiny place, nothing fancy or luxurious. The people are super kind and helpful. The restaurant near the Nile is beautiful, and the food is so tasty. If you like to disconnect from everything with no pretension, this is the place. It needs a bit of maintenance, but it is a comfortable place."

"If there was a 10 star rating I could select I would. The hotel is beautiful right on the Nile. The Nubian architecture and ambiance is stunning. Karim and is whole team gave my wife and I one the best experiences we’ve ever had. From arranging taxis, boat rides as well as providing us with recommendations for Egyptologists They truly made us feel at home and like family. The chef came and introduced himself our first out of our four night stay. He accommodated our Vegetarian diets superbly....

"El hotel está un poco más viejo de lo que parece. Sin embargo cumple Lo que no me gustó es que para llegar tienes que tomar un barco que el hotel te proporciona pero dependes de ellos para que llegue, no recomiendo su restaurante comida muy básica y no hay restaurantes ni nada cerca. El hotel está totalmente alejado del resto. "

"This hotel is heaven on earth! The staff is wonderful. The location has an amazing view. If you are looking gor an escape from crazy, busy tourist sites, this is it. Beautiful pool, gorgeous rooms, fantastic executive chef and staff. Everyone was so nice. Miss them all already. Kudos to all! Yes, like others have said, it's far from things. But honestly, not that far. The TukTuk ride up and down is very bumpy and shaky. I found it fun but others with health or physical issues will not manage...

"We did not need airport shuttle. We used private transfer from Luxor to Aswan. Humbling experience during the stay. People were so amazing, our laundry was done for the next day, super affordable. The staff was incredible, we celebrated our anniversary during the trip. The hotel gave us a cake which we shared with the staff. The sunset boat ride was expectacular. For sure the beat hotel we stayed in Egypt"
