Located in Préaux, this spacious 270 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a large, well-equipped kitchen with a central island.
The bedrooms feature high-quality, comfortable bedding. A private outdoor area with garden furniture and a barbecue invites you to relax and spend quality time together.
A high chair, junior seat, and baby cot are provided to ensure children are well accommodated. The house is set in the heart of a 50-hectare estate. The owners’ house is opposite, but they are discreet and available if needed.
Shared on-site parking is available for your convenience. Pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted on the property.
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental.
