🏡 The house is a cozy alpine retreat, perfect for a relaxing escape! It consists of a living room with a single sofa bed, a functional kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a comfortable bathroom 🚿.
Outside, you’ll find a lovely terrace overlooking a small garden 🌿, ideal for enjoying the fresh mountain air.
A private parking space 🚗 is also available.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without constraints.

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 15:00): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €0.75 and €1.50 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
