  • Recupérate en esta hermosa casa rural de vacaciones en el campo mientras exploras Hunter, Windham, Woodstock, Phoenicia, Hudson Valley y Catskills. La casa cuenta con un estanque de natación privado con bote a pedal, kayak, canoa y tumbonas de agua: sol, flotador, pedal, pescado y picnic. Una sala de estar al aire libre con fogatas, parrilla al aire libre y una amplia terraza. ¡Juega cornhole, baloncesto, voleibol, fútbol y futbolín todos en nuestra casa!

    Aislado y tranquilo en 6 acres con manzanos y perales; Rodeado de bosques, montañas y visitado a menudo por ciervos, a solo 15 minutos de Hunter y Windham esquiando; ya 30 minutos de Belleayre y Plattekill esquiando !!!! Explore pequeñas ciudades como Phoenicia, Margaretville y Woodstock con comunidades animadas, artísticas y progresistas con excelentes restaurantes, galerías, antigüedades, tiendas, música y vida en la calle, a solo 30 minutos en automóvil. Ve a la playa en Pine Hill a solo 30 minutos !!!

Location is great; close to a lot of hiking opportunities and right in the middle of breathtaking scenery. The house was clean and provided excellent accomodations.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at this lovely spot. Host was welcoming, communicative and had all the house instructions easily laid out for us. We loved playing in the snow and enjoying the lovely mountain views! We will certainly consider coming back in the summer to make use of the water feature! Thank you!

Quaint and beautiful

The home is nested in an absolutely gorgeous valley. The property is massive with plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Catherine, was extremely communicative, making the arrival and stay seamless. Our group absolutely loved our stay here!

Lovely update rental

We just needed a place to relax and recharge for a few days and this house was perfect for us and our teenage son, who enjoyed skiing at Hunter and exploring the grounds with our dog. The house had everything we needed.

This was our second time at this cozy house with amazing views. Everyone in the family enjoyed their stay including the dog. Owners are very accommodating and responsive. Can't wait to come back again!

Perfect house for skiing trip

This ended up being the perfect house to stay at for our ski trip this past weekend. First off, it was exceptionally clean which so the most important thing to my family and I. Secondly it was just a short drive to the local ski slopes. The house was roomy and the hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain. We will definitely be back the next time we’re up this way!

The host was welcoming and, most importantly for us, very responsive. We needed help with a couple of things and she immediately texted back with the solution.The setting for this property is beautiful - open fields with a view to the mountains - which was all the more spectacular with the fall foliage.The house itself was very clean and orderly, and worked well for six adults. There were numerous entertainment options, TV, hot tub and games, and several beautiful hiking options nearby.

Fantastic stay!

We had such an enjoyable trip to the area and the property was real highlight. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 plus doggo. The hot tub, foosball table, smartTv and pond provide excellent entertainment options forwhen we weren’t on the nearby ski slopes. The hose was slack cozy with highly comfortable seating and relaxing views country backdrop was relaxing.

Definitely book!!

My friends and I booked for a long weekend-we had so many plans outside of the house but when we got there we were so happy with the accommodations we hardly left! The swimming pond was amazing and the yard/deck/firepit kept us entertained the entire time. Beautiful property-definitely book!!

We had a really nice time at the house, the place was clean, spacious and the dog loved the yard. My husband caught trout at the private pond. I would totally recommend it

Nice and Quiet

We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again.

A Wonderful Catskills Christmas

We spent 12 nights at this great property and had a excellent time. Host was great with communications and a very good resource about the area. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was really well stocked. WiFi worked great and lots of streaming services to watch holiday movies. Located on 6 very pretty acres. We loved the hot tub. Very quiet location but close to Prattsville, Jewett, Windham, and West Kill for a drink or a meal.

Terrific summer trip

We visited this property for a 4 day weekend. It was a great retreat. This property is very well maintained: all grass trimmed, the house was spotless and clean, all necessary items were available including coffee etc. We absolutely loved the property and view from the house. We saw hummingbirds, turkeys and a deer. Thank you again for sharing your awesome house with us. Mariya

We had the best time at Catherine and Diego's place. It was so charming and the outside was incredible initially, some of us were worried about the swimming pond, but it was crystal clear. We could see our feet at the bottom! Lin!! We had so much fun relaxing, and floating in the water. Even the dog enjoyed her stay. The beds were comfortable. The house was cozy. Never have. We relaxed this much on a vacation. We did use the recommendations listed by Catherine and Diego. It was one of our best vacations.

Lovely Mountain Home

Home was great. Very cozy and great for the weekend we were there. We did try to use the hot tub and outdoor grill but were unable to. Hot tub water was cloudy, but the owner had issue with refilling it before we got there because the pipe was frozen. Outdoor grill would not turn on all burners even if the propane level was good. We went skiing at the Wyndham mountain and ate at the neighboring town.

Mid Winter Recess

Catherine and Diego's house is well appointed and maintained. For city folks like us, the location of the property gave us the feeling of much needed solitude, yet we were not far from necessities like supermarket, restaurants, etc. Can't review about outside amenities as we visited in winter, but we thoroughly enjoyed the plethora of board games and movies that were provided. WiFi was appreciated as we were able to use our fire stick. The kitchen was adequate for all our cooking needs. Both Windham and Hunter are only a quick car ride away for some outdoor activities. If you are in Windham, Catskill Mountain Country Store is worth a visit and Windham Diner was good for breakfast. We hope to return in the warmer months.

This house had it all! When I read the description it checked all of the boxes! We had two families of 4 and the house was perfect. The kids loved having their own space upstairs! We appreciated the board games, the connect four, foosball, outdoor toys and PacMan!!! Lots of outdoor space to play. The hot tub was sparkling clean. We had smores by the fire pit. We also loved fishing in the pond - having the picnic table down there was perfect! One recommendation would be to store the paddle boat upside down as it was filled with brown water so we couldn’t use it. Property owner was very responsive to questions! The icing on the cake was that the property is pet friendly. Our Boston Terrier enjoyed her time there also! The area was fantastic with so much to see and do - farms, hiking, fishing, ice cream. Highly recommend this property for a getaway! Would love to see it in the winter!
