"This place is magical!!!!! The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!"

"Gigantic property! Very cool old chateau feel with the doors, keys & furniture. Remote location in Tuscany. The check-in was a little challenging, as GPS did not bring us to the correct location, but we eventually figured it out. The owners live next door, so they were available for questions, but that means it is a shared backyard with the owners. "Wow! What a wonderful stay to end our two week trip in Italy and Greece. The house was perfect for our family of four and the pool was an added bonus and so fun to end our days. Giacamo was a fantastic host- responsive and extremely accommodating- much appreciated! Travel into the city was easy- we figured out the tram on the first day and used it for the rest of our stay. Highly recommend this charming house!"

"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

"This property was magical. We booked it as a post-wedding place for our extended family. We had 9 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone! The heated pool was pristine. It was relaxing soaking up the Tuscan sun, the gentle breeze and the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the the distance. The beds were hotel quality, the towels plush and plentiful.
