THE SPACE

The property is reached via a captivating 10-minute pedestrian path through nature, with about 70 steps descending—an access that immediately immerses you in the authentic charm of the Amalfi Coast.

With independent entrance, the house accommodates up to 6 guests and features two double bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms, and three outdoor spaces.

Upon arrival, a spacious terrace surrounded by greenery and flowers welcomes you, complete with outdoor dining table—the perfect spot for relaxation, leisurely breakfasts, and dinners with sea views in total tranquility.

The two double bedrooms are designed for comfort and privacy: one with en-suite bathroom and sea-view garden balcony, the other with ample space and a large window flooding it with light.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Casa Emerald Barca lies in the historic heart of Praiano, one of the Amalfi Coast’s most authentic and enchanting villages, along a highly sought-after pedestrian street.

Nestled amid flower-lined alleys, ancient steps, and pastel-colored houses clinging to the cliffs, it lets you fully embrace the essence of the area. The center—with Piazza Gennaro Gagliano and San Gennaro Church—is a 5–10 minute walk away, as is Praia Beach (about 15 minutes via steps) and access to scenic trails like the Path of the Gods.

The residential neighborhood is tranquil and perfect for privacy and relaxation, enriched by local shops, artisan stores, and stunning vistas, including views of the Furore Fjord.

Praiano, often called the “balcony” of the Coast, offers a more reserved vibe than Positano (6 km away) while balancing authenticity and convenience, with supermarkets, pharmacies, and spots like Trattoria Da Armandino nearby.

GETTING AROUND

The town center, San Gennaro Church, and Praia Beach are easily reachable on foot in minutes via well-kept steps connecting every corner, while SITA Sud bus stops in Via Roma or Piazza Moressa are a short walk for trips to Positano, Amalfi, and Sorrento—tickets available at tobacconists or via app.

For coastal adventures by sea, Travelmar ferries depart from Positano and Amalfi ports (a quick taxi ride away), linking to Capri and other spots along the coast, especially April to October. Alternatively, rent a scooter for independent travel along the panoramic SS163, use local taxis for swift comfort, or find public parking like Piazza Eisner for drivers.
