VILLA ISABEL is a beautiful two-story villa with a gorgeous sea view. The villa is about 120 square meters, can accommodate up to 9 people and has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and two beautiful private terraces with sea views.

Villa Isabel is situated in Praiano, between Positano and Conca dei Marini. The village is a picturesque maze of narrow streets and traditional pastel-coloured limestone houses with flowery balconies. From here, you’ll enjoy one of the most fascinating and romantic landscapes on the Amalfi Coast.

You’ll be about 500 metres from the centre of Praiano, where you’ll find restaurants and shops. The closest restaurant is just a few metres away, and there is a grocery shop just 300 metres away. About 50 metres away is the Flavio Gioia bus stop, and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) is around 2 km away.

You won’t need a car to stay at Villa Isabel, but if you do come by car, you’ll be able to park nearby, either for free or for a fee in a public car park (it’s not possible to reserve a place in advance).

There are about 80 steps from the street level up to Villa Isabel.

FIRST TERRACE

The first terrace is 70 m2 in size and is partially shaded by a bougainvillaea pergola. The terrace is equipped with tables, chairs, a portable barbecue and a parasol. From here, you’ll enjoy an unforgettable view of the surrounding greenery and a partial view of the sea.

GROUND FLOOR

THE LOUNGE is furnished with characteristic, comfortable furniture, and the floor is made using ceramic tiles with handmade decorations in the typical Amalfi Coast style. Here, you’ll find a sofa, fireplace, TV with satellite channels and a dining table for six people. From the living room, you’ll have access through a French window to the terrace.

THE KITCHEN contains a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a moka pot, an Americano coffee machine and other small appliances. Here, you’ll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You get to the kitchen from the lounge.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a classic-style wooden double bed, a TV with satellite channels and a kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, a small fridge with freezer and a moka pot. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You get to the first bedroom from the terrace.

THE SECOND BEDROOM contains a single bed and a television with satellite channels. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You get to the second bedroom from the terrace.

THE THIRD BEDROOM contains a single bed. You get to the third bedroom from the terrace.

THE FIRST BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet and shower. You’ll be able to enter the bathroom from the first and second bedrooms.


THE SECOND BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet and shower.


FIRST FLOOR

THE SECOND TERRACE is 90 square meters and is equipped with a small sofa, two armchairs and sun loungers. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the Amalfi Coast.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM contains a classic-style double bed and a single bed. The room also has a window with a view of the sea and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You enter the fourth bedroom via a corridor.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM contains a double bed and has access via a French window to the terrace. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You enter the fifth bedroom via a corridor.

THE THIRD BATHROOM contains a sink, toilet and shower. You enter the bathroom via a corridor.


Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 2,50 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st March until 3rd November. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 22:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 50,00 Euros will be applied.
