In the heart of the OLD TOWN, about 40 minutes far from the airport, close to 24h/24 public services: metro, tram, bus, taxi; and every other kind of possible service,from parks to the chemist's to restaurants, art, history,culture, and everything else at hand.
About 150m far from the famous Astronomical Clock ,
about 150m far from The Old Town Square,
about 350m far from Charles Bridge,
about 200m far from Wenceslas Square.
about 600m far from Mala Strana.
Havelska Market (since 1232), the Old Town Market, is located in the street of the building.
The apartment is 90 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, 2 marble bathrooms (1 full bath and 1 additional toilet and sink), Wi-Fi internet, 52' satellite TV, lift / elevator.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The apartment is located between the former Coal Market (now Uhelni Trh) and the picturesque Havelska Market (since the year 1232), still lively with its many stands.
Just a few steps from all the main Prague sites: the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Mala Strana, the Jewish district, Wenceslas Square, and close to hundreds of historical pubs and quality restaurants, nice shops and trendy clubs.
The building is old but this apartment is very cozy and You will immediately feel at home.

If You will need anything else then You will have to buy it on Your own after Your arrival or during Your stay.
Please keep an appropriate behaviour towards the residents and the apartment.

In Prague this apartment is considered a 2 baths apartment.

Pleasant Stay at a Great LocationWe had a very pleasant time during our visit to Prague, and this apartment served as a good base for our stay.The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the city center. We appreciated that the apartment was well-equipped and the layout was very convenient for everything we needed.As a suggestion for improvement, we did notice that the bed linen was not up to standard—it appeared to have some stains and pilling. Addressing the quality of the bedding would make the experience even better for future guests.Overall, we had a good experience and were satisfied with our stay.

Awesome location and service

The location of this apartment is perfect- close to everything in old town and a subway station.Maury went above and beyond to help us with getting comfortable in Prague and saved the day when I locked myself out of the apartment.Highly recommend!

Perfect from age 17 to 62. Place was clean extremely good Location. That’s comfortable. Our host spoke very good English and met us at the door. Would definitely recommend this to all travelers.

Enjoyable

We had a very good stay. The apartment was walkable to many sights, a grocery store and public transportation. We used just one of the bedrooms, which was comfortable, and the main bathroom was a good size. The small kitchen was just what we needed to fix a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. There was some nighttime noise on the weekend, but we weren't very bothered by it. The apartment is several floors up so we were glad to use the elevator at the end of the day. And we found the property manager to be accommodating and helpful.

Great location

My sister and myself both seniors came to Prague for the wedding of our nephew. My previous visit I stayed at residence Bene, a hotel 10 minute walk on the other side of the square. This VRBO rental was much closer, much larger, much more like home. It was great to have a full bathroom and a half. The kitchen was great and well equipped with the windows closed. You couldn’t hear the street. I can’t think of anything negative except we both found our pillows inadequate, quite large, but very thin extra pillows should be made available.

Schöne Tage in der Prager Altstadt

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in der Prager Altstadt und st geräumig. Bad, Wohn- und die beiden Schlfzimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über Gasherd mit Backofen, Gefrier- Kühlkombination, einen kleinen Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine.Das Kochgeschirr war in einem schlechten Zustand, das Essgeschirr ist für 6 Personen knapp bemessen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend, die Wohnungsübergabe ebenfalls. Maurizio ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Great apartment, Amazing location!

This apartment was in a perfect location. It was large, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Maury was an amazing host and very helpful when we checked in. The apartment felt very safe and being on the 3rd floor was great for people watching people below! The ceilings were high and the whole feel was light and airy.

The apartment is well fitted with everything you could need and is right in the middle of Prague. Maury was great to work with and very helpful spending plenty of time to make sure we would get comfortable and could use everything in the apartment.

City living in Prague

Was true to listing and situated in the heart of Old Town. Fantastic easy access/walking distance to most attractions, dining and shopping. Best of all was the space!! Very roomy apartment, perfect when travelling with another two adults. Only thing to remember when in the heart of a city there comes noise at night with windows open.

Beautiful Old Town Prague

This property was everything we had hoped and more. It was spacious, well equipped and located conveniently to explore all that Prague has to offer. It is an excellent choice to accommodate a family of 4 or more, right in the middle of the "action." Maury was a fantastic, communicative and extremely helpful host, which we greatly appreciated, as this was our first trip to Prague.
