1. GUEST REGISTRATION AND CITY TAX
In accordance with the legal obligations imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague we must maintain a guest register and pay a local stay tax for our guests to the respective municipal district. Every traveler staying in our apartment must fill out and sign an online form that we will send before arrival.

2. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
We offer several check-in options to meet your needs including flexible online self check-in. This type of check-in is possible if you complete the registration form 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. CZK 500,00 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.

Please return the access keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of CZK 1.000,00 per keys.

3. GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. If you wish for separate beds or bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival. Extra bedding and towels after check-in can be provided for a fee of 150 CZK per set, with a minimum of 2 sets per delivery.

4. EXTRA SERVICES
We offer multiple types of services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For a small fee, we can, among other things, offer you:
• Personal check-in with one of our colleagues at the apartment’s address
• Extra set of keys

The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of CZK 10.000,00 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and Furniture cleaning.
