"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"While we were only at the Art Deco Imperial one night before we flew home, it was a treat. Quick checkin, they arranged a taxi for our early flight the next morning and the bell hop offered to take the bags up to the room. The room was lovely and spacious, however, the room was super hot with no way to cool it down..was over 30 degrees outside and felt like 40 in the room! The area of the hotel was super walkable, 3 minutes from a metro station and close to shops and restaurants. A lovely, affluent area of Prague!"
