Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower complete the ground level. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers added privacy, featuring a double bed, its own shower, and a separate toilet—ideal for guests or extended family. Outside, the lush garden surrounds the villa with Mediterranean greenery, while the private pool and sun loungers invite you to spend leisurely afternoons soaking up the sun. A security deposit of EUR 150,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
