"När vi kom fram så möttes vi av en fin lobby med mycket trevlig personal. Vi fick till och med en uppgradering av vårt rum till ett mycket lyxigt rum. Så kul! Rummet var stort, fint, lyxigt, härligt badrum, skön säng. Perfekt!
Vi åt middag på hotellet på kvällen och här var samma sak. Mycket bra personal, fint, mysigt och mycket god mat!
Rekommenderar starkt ett besök hit!"

"This is such a gem! Cute boutique style hotel that kept is charm but has been updated in the past 5 years (i think 2021) and it is beautiful. Staff is so helpful and pointed out great stores, restaurants, and pubs. They are on the corner of the walkable shopping district (so not in the chaos but easy to go have fun) and only a 5 minute walk to a lovely little park with walking trail. Surprised how much i feel in love with this place. "

"Hotel staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room (Executive with king bed) was very comfortable and spacious. Note that there are no elevators/lifts at the hotel so if you have trouble managing stairs, reserve a ground floor room. However the staff carried our largest luggage up and down the stairs for us. "Incredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent.
Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside."

"For property that was opened up in the 1800s, there are modern conveniences and amenities. Location is perfect, the staff is friendly and nice, and the spa is over the top. The building is very old, but everything else gets an A+ plus. there was a concert of instrumental musicians in the lobby on the night that I arrived, which was extraordinary."

"We loved this hotel as a place to stay in Co Kerry. It’s conveniently located with an easy walk into the city centre. The hotel has great amenities, like a pool and spa, and the staff are very helpful."

"The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy.
We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay."
