This comfortable family home is the perfect place to make lasting memories while adventuring around Powell, exploring Yellowstone, and enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors. Powell Farmstead Retreat is nestled on the site of an original family farmstead, offering a unique blend of history, heritage, and natural beauty. Surrounded by wide open space, grazing horses, and sweeping views of the nearby mountains, the property invites you to slow down and kick back. Conveniently located just outside of town, the home offers a peaceful retreat where family and friends can gather and unwind. The home is pet friendly so bring your 4-legged family members with you!
Step inside to find an inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features plenty of cozy seating—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. Enjoy modern comforts including a smart TV with Direct TV and high-speed internet. The dining area is a welcoming space to share meals and conversations with a beautiful picture window that brings the outdoors in. Additional seating is available around the large kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to make meal preparation a pleasure. Step outside onto the covered patio with plenty of seating to take in the cool breeze or grill up dinner on the Blackstone Grill. Large lawn with mature trees for the young and young at heart to enjoy. Bedroom 1 offers a king-sized bed and a bright ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub and a step-in shower for a spa-like experience. Down the hall, Bedrooms 2 and 3 each include a queen bed and generous closet space. Bathroom 2 provides a convenient tub/shower combination. A full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, making it easy to keep your travel wardrobe fresh during your stay. Central A/C keeps your comfortable in the summer.
Although you're just minutes from the heart of Powell, the setting feels worlds away—peaceful, private, and serene. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the fields or enjoying a quiet evening under the stars, you'll feel the calm and comfort of this rural escape.

Awesome!

The house was comfortable and large. We enjoyed watching movies (in the TV stand) in the living room and eating meals together in the large kitchen. The yard was beautiful and there was a huge parking area which was great because we'd traveled to Wyoming with a small travel trailer. The beds were comfy and everything was easy to locate and get figured out in the house with light switches labeled and more. I was also able to take our dogs on relaxing walks around the neighborhood and beautiful fields of barley and alfalfa.
