This family home, located in the heart of Old Pouzauges, will allow you to warmly enjoy your stay in the Vendée region. With our Puy du Fou theme park, take a spectacular journey back in time. Ideal for recharging your batteries close to nature. Its footpaths and cycle paths will reveal its bocage landscapes, hills, and sunken lanes. If you are passionate about gardening and/or fishing, visit the Oriental Park of Maulévrier and Pescalis in Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre. This newly renovated 110 m² house includes a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet on the first floor. The upper floor comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and double vanity, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. A third double bed is located on the large landing. A second bathroom with a toilet completes this level. Another part of the house consists of a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a shower with a vanity unit on the upper level. Below, there is a second living room. The sofa converts into a double bed if needed. A second kitchen includes an induction hob, an oven, breakfast utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A lawn (in front of the house) and a small courtyard (adjoining the second living room) are available for enjoying the outdoors. The price includes bed linen (cover, top sheet, and duvet) and bath linen (one large towel per person and one small towel per bathroom).
