Come and relax on Lake Texoma! Say in our newly remodeled home with in minutes of walking to our neighborhood sandy beach and boat ramp. We offer the best Master Suite with a breezy up stairs deck, a fire place, and a spa like shower. Down stairs we have a spacious living room, two bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Cook outside on our grill or make s'mores on the fire pit. We also offer a golf cart for rent so you get the whole lake experience. You will create memories here!

You will be able to use everything at our property. There is a key for the boat ramp on the house keys. The lake is free to everyone!

Master suite is a king size bed, the two downstairs bedrooms are queen, there is a twin futon in the open area and in the living room there is a twin pull out of the big chair. If you need more sleeping arrangements you can rent the Bungalow next door and it has two queen bunkbeds.

We are less than 10 min from Denison and 15 min to Sherman.

Choctaw Casino is 30 minutes away

We are less than a 5 minute walk to the lake or the boat ramp. Hiking trails are across the street. Plenty of good restaurants less than a 5 min drive. Shopping in downtown Denison is so much fun! Fish is so good on this lake. Our guest seem to max out all the time.
