"We’ve stayed at this property many times since 2020. It is a great place to getaway and relax. Sitting on the deck with a morning cup of coffee is so peaceful. The condo has 3 floors which is great for maintaining some privacy. Some in our group are early risers, so with the kitchen on the lower level, late sleepers are not disturbed.The property is always clean and well maintained. Fred and Kim are great hosts and we plan to continue staying there in the future. "

"The house is beautiful,and well stocked with everything,you may need, my family enjoyed our staycation getaway. We didn’t have any issues, the owners are amazing. We originally planned to go to party island yesterday to celebrate Memorial Day and barbecue but obviously it’s flooded, so when I asked Fred if our family could come over to hang out and barbecue he was so kind and said it was fine. I’m already thinking about booking another stay because we are definitely coming back. "

"Everything was amazing nice quiet place for a gateaway however I just wish the boat ramp was lil more better and safer to get off the boat 2 docks were privately owned which was a boomer to get off the boat. However great place 😀"

"Our family (Grandparents, children and grandchildren) stayed at this property to attend a large family reunion in the area. The house was in very good shape, well equipped and comfortable. With all the reunion activities, we did not spend a ton of time at the property, but we were very happy with the house and property. Thanks also to our host for being very helpful."

"Great place overall, spacious and a nice layout. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Kitchen is nice, no disposal (no biggie - due to septic system I think) Nice to have parking off the street for multiple vehicles. Small things that you might want to address - water pressure in Master bath was a trickle, sink was slow to drain, pocket door in master bath you have to wrestle with a little and TP holder in Master bath fell off wall. Also - it would be nice to have the hot tub...
