To ensure a comfortable and safe experience for all, please note that this property is best suited for family gatherings and is not intended for large parties or events. The overnight capacity is strictly limited to 14 guests.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you'll have complete and private access to the entire property. This includes the main house with its five bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living spaces. You'll also have access to the game room, laundry room, patio, backyard, and rooftop. Free parking is available in the garage and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a convenient location, Westwood Estate offers easy access to the area's key attractions. The Spokane River is just a short drive away, perfect for enjoying water activities. A 15-minute drive takes you to downtown Coeur d’Alene, with its waterfront shops and diverse dining options. For a day of excitement, Silverwood Theme Park is approximately 30 minutes away. You'll find coffee shops and grocery stores within a 5-minute drive, making everyday errands a breeze.



Getting Around:

Westwood Estate offers convenient access with free parking in the garage and on the street. The property is approximately a 40-minute drive from Spokane International Airport (GEG). While public transportation isn't the primary mode of transit in Post Falls, ride-sharing services provide easy access to local destinations. For exploring the surrounding areas, including Coeur d'Alene and Silverwood Theme Park, having a car is recommended for maximum flexibility.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We may be able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures depending on availability, so just reach out and ask!
